With our first purchase I ordered a set we saw in the store. It took about 8 weeks for delivery. There were a few minor imperfections in one of the pieces. They sent someone out quickly to fix it. The table set was also ordered from a set we saw at the store. After a couple months the back of one of the chairs cracked. They ordered a replacement and fixed the chair with no hassle. The last bedroom set was ordered from a set I saw online (their online selection is 5 times that at the store). It was delivered in about 6 weeks with no problems. The sales rep I have worked with is Sherry. She is very helpful and easy to work with. The customer service staff has also been very helpful and accommodating.
Description of Work: Most recently I bought a bedroom set for my daughter. I have also bought a kitchen table set and bedroom set for my older daughter.

The delivery was great, they came right on time. I'm not happy with their sales staff though. I got the feeling that after I bought the furniture they didn't care about my needs. It seems like the more you buy, the more you become their favorite customer. Otherwise it's like they don't want to take the time to look through catalogs for you. After they take the initial order it's as though they don't want to know you anymore.
Description of Work: They have a nice selection. I was trying to find another chair to match a set that I had bought from a different location.

They brought it in. I have a bad back so we bought an electrical one and one of the recliners was not working. The company has their own people to fix it and it took awhile to get it fixed because of the time and holidays. They did fix it, I'm not complaining about that at all. After I got the couch and I sat on it a while, the way the back of the couch laid started hurting my back. I was starting to have buyer's remorse and Gardiner's was actually willing to take that couch back and work with me and I was very impressed with that. We decided to keep the couch anyway. Not many furniture stores are like that. They are very good people to work with, they were willing to take the couch back and order me a different one. I was very impressed. I told the guy who came to fix the couch what was going on, he told me to discuss it before I ordered the part and he would let them know what was going on. They called me since he told them and that's when they told me they were willing to work with me and take it back and order another one if I found one I liked. They were just really workable and I really appreciate that. I would highly recommend them.

WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE BEDROOM SET, THE ALL WOOD KINKAID. THERE WAS NO SALES PRESSURE. WE BOUGHT THE FURNITURE DURING THEIR KINKAIDS SALE RESULTING IN A GOOD PRICE FOR THE BEDROOM SET WE WANTED.
