Of the three groups to quote me on a roof repair they were the only ones to take the time to identify the exact spot where the leak was, where others all assumed it was caused by a downspout or vent at a glance. The Chesco specialist spent almost half an hour checking under tiles, the roof vent etc until he could verify the exact spot that was the problem. They also spent a significant amount of time explaining what had caused the leak in the first place.

Chesco did a great job inspecting and re-sealing all the vents on our roof, after we had some water leaking into our home. I inquired on a Saturday and was offered a same day estimate. I wasn't able to take it, but I was able to have the estimate, and service completed on that Monday. The technician took pictures of my roof, to show me and help me understand what was happening. Great, fast, service.

We were have insulation added to our home and during the preparation for the insulation, Edwin noticed light coming through several areas of our roof. This was of serious concern for me because of the investment of adding new insulation I wouldn’t want any rain coming into the house through the roof. I went to Home Advisor immediately and received three recommendations right away. I had two of them come out and only Nick from Chesco Remodeling took the time to climb to the roof. Nick gave me an accurate estimate, explained in detail with pictures he took from his phone so I could see what the problem was. I approved the repairs proposal on the spot. Chesco Remodeling understanding my urgency to seal these light leaks into the insulation scheduled me for the first job on the next day before the next rain. Nick was great for taking before, during and after pictures. I will be using them when it is time for a new roof.
