Really great job, quality team and service!

Went generally well. Steve in his father did a nice job with dedicated line for above range microwave, as well as installing the wall cabinet and microwave. Also they were friendly and helpful on some patching tips and info of outlet boxes. I did contact the owner a few weeks later as the internal venting fan was not in the right position to be venting ainternally above microwave. He quickly sent tow men out at no charge to remedy. Holes made for fan, dedicated line, and for bathroom fan and switch were "tight" and easy to repair for painting. Only shortcoming to work was the venting for upstairs bathroom fan into attic. Service person just ran venting pipe over to area in attic where proper venting was not workable---fascia board and roof area with half-moon gutter on outside. This will have to be redone for proper venting. In all honesty, this homeowner's materials and plans were unrealistic-- given the small bathroom fan and the initial length of the long run of venting pipe---25ft to the outside attic vent in the middle of my attic.

The staff at Able was very responsive and quickly accommodated us into their schedule. Steve did a great job answering our concerns and fixing everything in a proper and timely way.

William from Able Electric was on time and professional. He was able to quickly diagnose my situation and install 2 smart 3-way switches. I would hire Able Electrical Services if anything ever comes up in the future.

Doug and his team did a thorough job with both a video call walk-through and an onsite follow-up review of the project to provide options before providing an estimate. Chris performed the work and was very detailed, asking questions during the install to be sure that the location of the junction boxes, etc. were exactly how we wanted them, while adhering to all code/safety requirements. The job was very involved and I am definitely pleased with the results.

Everything went very well. Was a difficult diagnosis as the outage was due to a loose wire connection inside an outlet that worked. Very pleased with the outcome.

They were quick to respond and get someone out. They helped replace a breaker in my panel and to figure out that the problem was with my HVAC that was tripping it.

The job took about 25 minutes. The technician was professional, courteous, and respectful of the 6-10 feet rule during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The only downside was the pricing $180.00. Considering the technician was able to arrive at my residence and make repairs under an hour after my initial call, I will not complain. Thanks for great service

If I could give A+++, I would give this. Called Able Electric because we needed a new circuit for over the range microwave and investigation as to why an outdoor GFI kept tripping. Jay came to give estimate and we had a written estimate the very next day. Dee from the office followed up with an email and phone call to schedule the work. William came to do the job and arrived on time, and completed the installation of the new circuit and installed the microwave with the help of Jay. William was able to find out the cause of the outdoor GFI problem and fixed an issue which another company had not been able to do. We received a thank you email from the company owner Doug once the work was completed. How about that!!! A thank you from the company owner for our business!! Unheard of today. Would definitely recommend Able Electric.

Everything about Able Electrical Services service was superb! I was in a jam, and Able Electrical Services came to the rescue. Both of the mechanics that assisted were excellent. Russell Ridgway was the primary mechanic and he was amazing! His work is superior and he exceeded my expectations every step of the way. For example, I needed electrical outlets to connect install a wet bar. He measured the wet bar and installed the outlets exactly where they were needed and ensured sufficient power was added to accommodate a kegerator and mini-frigs. I highly recommend Able Electrical Services and hope I never need to use any other electrician.

We were very pleased with Able Electrical's service. Dee, who took our call, was very helpful in setting up a convenient time and ably explained approximate costs. Ben, the technician, arrived in a timely manner and very courteously handled all our questions and took care of what needed to be done in a professional and efficient way. The cost was reasonable. We would definitely call Able Electrical again.

Able Electrical was quick to respond to my message/request. They provided all the information as to what I needed for the ceiling fan replacement and gave a very fair price. They showed up on time, was extremely professional, and did a great job. Would highly recommend!!

Everything went great. Keith came out to do the estimate and explained a lot about LEDs and gave me ideas about how I could improve my laundry room. Mickey did the work--he was very nice and patient and explained what he was doing and why, and he cleaned everything up when he was done. The outlets and new light look great, and the new doorbell works too.

Very professional and it was a pleasure to have them in my home. High confidence in their ability and service was high quality. Will use them again and again. Replaced my burnt out fan with a high quality product.

The problem was the foyer layout. The ceiling was very high, but the ladder that they guys brought could not fit because of the way the foyer was designed. They tried several ladders and when those did not work, they went to back to the office. When the ladder they brought from the office, did not work they went to Home Depot and rented a ladder that would work for the space. They were determined to get this light up and for that I would hire them again. They were professional, clean and even though frustrating to finish the project because of the ladder situation, they made light of the situation and got the job done. Once the rented the ladder, they were able to put the light up in less than an hour. I found the cost to be high considering that it did not take them long to put up the light. However, considering their efforts to make sure the job was done, I didn't mind paying the fee and I would hire this company again.

About three months ago, I purchased a blown glass lamp shade suspended on a wrought iron pendant. As originally installed, the light hung down 30". This was too long (as short as I am, I could see the lights inside). Able replaced the original pendant with one that resulted in a final length of 24" -- a great improvement. The electrician arrived a few minutes early (preferred to arriving late) and he wore shoe covers upon entering the house (appreciated given the amount of rain we've had lately). Although he received two calls from Able pertaining to other jobs during my installation, he still completed the task within the hour I paid for. One strange thing about Big Deal fulfillment: when I previously purchased these, they were pre-paid, with Angie's collecting the money and distributing it to the contractor. Apparently, this no longer happens. WHY? It was a great convenience to the customer.

The entire experience was great from the response and communication to the actual installation. Chris (the installer) was friendly and explained everything as he went. Could not be happier and would use again.
