Mr. Bob & his team were phenomenal! The concrete work performed was excellent. It looks great, and Mr. Bob and his team were very personable and professional and timely. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing concrete work!

It went well initially. Robert the owner quoted me a price, showed up on time, and remained onsite while his worker completed the job. The problem started after the work was completed. It rained approximately 10 days later, Monday, September 28th and I discovered the roof was still leaking. I emailed the company and did not get a response. It also rained Tuesday, September 29th - I emailed the company again and attached pictures showing the leaking water. I still did not get a response. I then texted the owner of the company on Wednesday, September 30th, informing him of the leak. I still did not get a response, so I called him on the 30th. He indicated he received my emails and text but he was on another job. He indicated he would try to make it by in between jobs and evaluate the problem. He did not come by and I did not hear from him. Friday, October 2, 2020, I emailed the company asking if a date and time can be provided to repair the roof. I did not receive a reply. I contacted Angies List making it known that I was having a problem. I received a response with a case number Saturday, October 3, 2020, at approximately 8:55 am. Within the body of the email was the following language, "I encourage you to leave an honest review about the business in question. A negative review, in this case will give the service provider the ability to respond and rectify what has gone wrong'" Upon receipt of the email from Angies List, I emailed the owner informing him that I did not want to provide negative information to Angies List but I need him to address the problem. In response to my email, the owner texted me, "Will come when we can and I don't like your threat after all we did for you mr bob homeworld 410370-5712." I immediately replied via text, "I was not issuing a threat. I was stating a fact. Your response is inappropriate. You performed a service for a fee. Professional courtesy requires you provide a window of when you will come. Come when you can is unacceptable."

Overall everything went very well. I hired Home World LLC and the owner Bob was one of the first to respond to my request. Bob told me all about his long-time business over thirty plus years and how he takes pride in his company work. The next day Bob came to assess the job and gave me free estimates on the total cost. The next week Bob and his crew Hector and one other gentleman came and replaced my roof. Bob took pictures of the before and after and I was quite pleased with the work. After repairing the roof within a couple of days (due to weather issues) the crew started to repair my deck that was in pretty bad shape. They did a fantastic job I am so happy that I have a practically brand new deck that I can begin to enjoy once again for many years to come. Lastly, I needed drywall repairs in my dining room ceiling due to a leak and the wall in my front bedroom. Once again the work is perfect. Bob is a man of his word, respectful, friendly and puts his seal of approval on every job. Hector and crew do fabulous work and the man knows how to do everything! The crew is very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Home World LLC and I will hire them again when needed. The cost was very reasonable especially for the amount of work that needed to be done. Lynnette
