Everything from the initial consultation to the final walk-through went as smoothly as could be. I still had the original 60 year old wooden windows, an original back door, and original gutters, and they were in very poor condition. I would get so much moisture on the inside of the windows in winter that I would have to go around with a towel to wipe off the windows and window sills ,not to mention that they were very drafty and hard to open and close properly. I met with Tony, who was great to work with. It was such a relief not to have a pushy sales person take up my whole night with a long aggressive sales pitch. Fast forward to the day of the installation...The windows & door were replaced in one day, and the gutters were replaced a few days later. The crew was courteous, clean and professional, and everything was cleaned up completely when they finished. I wasn't asked for the final payment until we did a walk through weeks later, with Howard, the Quality Control Supervisor, to look at the windows, the door, and gutters, and made sure there were no questions or concerns. As far as contractors go, Peak Custom Remodeling was a great find and very easy to work with. If I decide to replace any other doors, or the roof, or do any additional work on the house they will be the first company I call.

We were kept informed throughout the process. Everyone we worked with was very professional and customer focused. Project was completed on time at the agreed upon price. Very pleased with the results.

Please be aware that this company requires all individuals who might be involved in the decision process be present for a quote. I was told that this is a business decision and that they receive fewer callbacks when a quote is made if "both homeowners are not present". I tried to push back and requested that we keep the appointment, but the company cancelled. They take this very seriously. I tried to push back and say that we don't have time, but they were refused. I reiterated that my wife and I are too busy. My family is too busy with 2 toddlers to pull both parents for a quote. We work full time, commute, take kids to daycare, etc. When we get home we are cooking, feeding, bathing, and putting the kids to bed with barely a break. On the weekends we are doing the same, but with washing, drying, folding laundry, cleaning up toys, cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms, vacuuming, just trying to catch up with the unfinished chores and messes created during the week. Sometimes we find some time to take the kids to the park.

I had a complete roof replacement and the work is superior in all respects. I was particularly impressed with the professionalism of the crew who finished the job sooner than expected. The cleanup left my yard looking as though they were never there. This was a 5 star job, start to finish! Thank you.

It was indeed a hassle-free experience. From the rep who came to give me sliding door options, to the installation team , and the followup from the customer service department, I was impressed. I found exactly what I wanted for the door and the install went very smoothly. Since the door was too large to be brought up my steps they managed to bring it up ladders to the second floor. The job was efficiently and in no time the door was finished. They left my house clean and I truly could not be happier with the service.

I had my roof replaced by Peak Custom Remodeling in November of 2020, and they did an outstanding job. The salesman who came to my home initially was knowledgeable and professional. He explained the exact benefits of the product he was selling and of using their company without applying any pressure. The roofers themselves were efficient and professional. They showed up early and had my roof completed within about a half day. I had asked ahead of time that the company tell their roofers to please be extra careful about picking up degree such as nails. I am blind, and I would have trouble seeing that kind of thing. I was told they would make an extra pass. They did an outstanding job on that too; I haven't found a single nail or other debree in my yard. Finally, the manager who called to enquire whether I was happy with the work was friendly and interested in whether I was completely satisfied, as was the gentlemen who came out to do the final inspection of the work. IN addition to doing a good job on the work itself, this company went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied as a customer. They did the extra cleanup pass as I mentioned. They also did several other little things that, while not strictly required, made a big difference to me as far as customer satisfaction is concerned. Over all, I highly recommend this company if you are in the market for a new roof.

The job was delayed one day due to rain, but they showed up the next day and got to work. Spread tarps to catch shingles and nails, etc. It was all done that day, and everything was cleaned up before they left. Very professional, hard working and the roof looks wonderful. Highly recommend.

Price was 3x of other area roofers. Estimate took 3 hrs of sales crap of things I did not need

bidding was all pressure sales. Changing prices meant to confuse.

Very friendly sales representatives, will explain all about window performance and features and answer questions. Their rep agreed to label all windows in the contract per a house plan sketch I made, and did include it in the contract. Recommend the window manufacture they use (Vinylmax). Customer support responded within a day to multiple questions. Product cut sheet for windows on website provides far more performance and comparison data than other manufacturers. Written contract may not match verbal claims made by sales representatives. Take careful notes when meeting a sales rep. Check against the contract you are sent to sign. Ask if claims made can be incorporated into contact. See how rep responds. I did not accept the quote from the first rep, and during a follow-up visit from a second rep, I pointed out that the second rep stated the original quote was for a lower tier of windows than claimed by the first rep. The second rep acknowledged this and said in his experience the first rep exaggerates. We discussed incorporating a number of statements made by the second rep into the contract language; he agreed. When I received the contract, the warranty language contradicted what was said by the second rep, and the incorporated statements had been placed in the "Work Not Included" part of the contract. When I questioned these, they did not respond, and so I did not move forward. I take no exception to a contractor choosing not to pursue a customer that is taking too much time or causing hassle. It's a shame that the hassle was due to dishonesty. This company has excellent reviews, and appears to have great workmanship. Just take notes during verbal discussion and compare to contract before signing. If it all lines up, then great! Go for it! It's just wasn't so in my case.

The company performed and completed the job in a timely fashion. They cleaned behind themselves and explained the process. The were knowledgeable and professional.

I contracted Peak to replace the old roof on my house. On the original install date, they canceled for the day and did not notify us the day prior as agreed. In the end the roof was satisfactorily installed, however, a 1-2 day job took 2 weeks due to a section of the roof not being installed per contract. When reaching out to Peak, they confirmed that it was supposed to be done and had another crew sent out to install it. Once that was done, they left a 1” gap between the new roof and the siding, as the old flashing on the old roof was removed and not replaced. They quickly sent someone out to replace it. In short, they did do a great job on installing the new roof, however a series of missteps and limited communication extended the project far longer than necessary. Would I recommend? Sure. They did do good work on the new roof. I would also include the issues I had with communication and to inspect the roof after completion to ensure it was done to contract.

We had a new custom front entry door manufactured by ProVia and installed by Peak Custom Remodeling. All went great and looks fantastic.Would recommend Peak to others without hesitation.

Peak's quote was higher than the others, but their excellent service made it worth every penny to us. Every aspect of dealing with this company was pleasant: from our initial phone inquiry, to the extremely helpful sales person who visited, to the certified professionals who installed a beautiful roof and left our yard completely clean. Peak was great to work with. They gave me a much better price than I got anywhere else. They were able to get replacement siding trim that matched mine very well, and did an excellent job of installing it. I would definitely use them again.

It went wonderfully! The workmen were very efficient, cordial, and cleaned up as they went along so that there was never any mess. The workmanship of removal, rebuilding of the frame inside the house and outside, installation of the doors were all very well done.

From start...talking about the jobs-showing the product and explaining it- to arranging with financial company, to measuring and final measurements to installation - on a Saturday at that!!!- the company has been very efficient and accomadating and very professional. A+ in my book😉

From beginning to end, everything was handled professionally and responsively. Our salesperson, Vito, listened well and worked hard to get us into the products which were best for us. He shared a pretty wide range of available products, but there was no pressure to buy beyond what we wanted, which we appreciated. The crew started early each day, and worked efficiently with great attention to detail. They left the work site clean every night. We couldn't be happier with the results.
