They came out promptly for an estimate and do the work. They were respectful of my property. Good professionalism and did the job quickly.

Everything was fantastic. They got work done faster than planned. And the trees look a lot healthier.

The crew of 3 worked at our property for about a day and a half. The estimate called for 2 full days so we asked for and received a small credit on the invoice. The work was very good and I would use them again but I would ask for a much more specific estimate. The owner and the crew were all very professional.

It went excellent. They were on time and they worked diligently.

John came out to give an estimate and was very helpful in discussing some of the problems in our (new to us) yard. They fit us in earlier than we'd expected, due to a cancellation, and their team was polite, fast and did quality work. John came out to supervise, and gave us more advice about another tree when asked. They missed a couple spots, which I pointed out at the end and they quickly corrected. Excellent clean up, reasonable price, we'll definitely use them again and certainly recommend them to others.

We got a mailer for a free inspection after moving in. We called and they offered to either schedule a time when we were home, or to just come whenever and send us their recommendations. I did the latter. Within a couple days, I received their recommendation. It said most of the trees and bushes look good, except for 6 dead trees in a row of about 20. I called to ask more details, and the arborist called back within a couple hours. He answered my questions and said it wasn't urgent to remove them in our case. I appreciated his honesty. He seemed knowledgeable.

They were marvelous. The only company of the three I called who sent someone out for an estimate the next day. The communication with the company throughout the process was great, they were open to all my questions and requests. Originally we planned to trim two trees, but BGE came through and hacked the second tree prior to Lasbury coming out to trim the trees, so the job was readjusted to trimming only the one tree. They were eager and arrived early on the day. The tree trimmers were nice to work with, answered all of my questions and completely cleaned up all the cut material as well as several other branches I had piled in my yard. I would highly recommend Lasbury to my friends & family and I plan to use them again!

It went well. They came twice, once to remove the tree and once to grind the stump. They did not bill me until I called 3 weeks later. Also, John Lasbury came to my property, inspected the trees and explained to me what sort of trees they are and what was making them healthy and unhealthy.

Very professional and prompt service. While removing a stump, the workers accidentally cut my cable line and the owner did not hesitate with an offer to make restitution. Although I refused any financial compensation, I was impressed by the unsolicited offer.

After my call John came out to the house and gave me advise on what the trees needed. I actually thought that I needed the trees sprayed for gypsy moths also but John said that there was no sign of any infestation.

Mr. Lasbury was out to our home to inspect and provide a recommendation and estimate within one day of contacting him via e-mail. He followed up with a paper copy and contract within a few days after that. He accommodated our schedule as we wished to be home when the work was done. The two-man crew arrived very promptly (actually a little ahead of schedule). They were very friendly and professional. Their work was excellent. They cleaned up thoroughly. Our tree looked wonderful upon completion. VERY highly recommended. The price was a little high, but was commensurate with the quality of the work and the result. We've seen the work of other companies hired by our neighbors where the trees looked butchered. We're glad we spent the extra money on a company that really knows what they're doing.

I had the estimate in early July. I initially was not going to go with this company due to their high price, but their availability was much better than another company's (that provided a much lower estimate). The workers were nearly 2 hours late. However, they were very efficient. They removed the offending branch and pruned dead branches and other branches that were touching electrical/phone wires. The workers were pleasant and cleaned up the area well. However, I feel that $550 is an exorbitant price for this work. (Had I known more about the tools they used, I would have bought my own and done the work myself!)

Overall, it went very well. Mr. Lansbury and his team are very professional.

In both cases, Lasbury was very responsive. He came out immediately for an estimate, and his men did the job very quickly afterwards. They did very good work at a fair price. I will certainly use them again.

John returned my call the next day, but because of storms and the resulting damage in and around Baltimore the work was not done for 5 weeks or so. I had no problem with that, the storm damage in the area was severe and much more important than trimming my trees. The work took the men 1 full day and maybe 1/2 of another. They did a great job cleaning up all the debris, I would not have known all that work had been done if I just happened to walk by the house. John knows a lot about trees and shrubs. It was refreshing to talk to someone who actually knows his business and is not just in it for the money. I was worried about what the cost would be, but John told me I would be pleasantly surprised. And I was! I feel I received alot of work for the money. I will call Lasbury Tree in the future, my landscape needs John's help. Next on the list is replacing my pitiful shrubs with deer proof ones, if there is such a thing.

Unbelievably rude large man poking around my house without an appointment is not what I should get after leaving a message on their machine saying "I'm calling to find out more about your services." Really rude, and pretty creepy. Don't call these people unless you want them sneaking around your yard whenever they wish.

Again, absolutely painless. They did a great job and were very careful in our narrow, shared (with one other home) driveway. They did leave behind a tool and gloves the first day, but returned the 2nd day to finish the job and retrieve what was left behind.

They completed 75% of it the first day. They came back yesterday. They did a good job. I paid them on completion of the work. The crew was very efficient. They cleaned up. I asked them for some of the mulch to stay because I wanted to use some of the stuff they ground up. I don't have any complaints really. The cost came to about what I expected to pay.

The written estimate was provided within one week of my call to request it. Once I returned the signed estimate, the pruning was completed within one week. I did not have to be present for either the estimate or the actual work. They did a very good job with not one twig or limb left behind to clean up. I was billed for the service and paid after it was completed.

Work was performed as agreed on estimate. They were effecient and cleaned-up after the job.

After giving some basic information, I was told that Mr. Lasbury would be out to look at the trees in the next day or so. Scheduled appointments take longer. I received an estimate in the mail about a week after I called. We had considered removing the maple as it was beginning to over shadow the house, but decided to try the crown cleaning first. Surprisingly, the tree looks smaller now. The cleaning revealed the house more, lets more light reach the ground under it and gave the tree a better shape. Unlike the maple, the black gum did not provide the satisfaction of a noticeable improvement in shape or size, but is now a safer tree and less likely to drop a dead branches every time the wind blows. It's difficult to add much more to what others have already said about the service. They were very professional. They were careful to move our lawn furniture so it would not be damaged. They thoroughly cleaned up after they were done.

Very pleasant to deal with. Rapid reply for an estimate, showed up when they said they would and did exactly what I requested. The site was cleaned up impeccably - it looks like there never was a tree there. All contract services should be this slick and painless. The cost was very reasonable too.

The work crew showed up exactly on time, were professional and they cleaned up afterward. It took a couple of weeks longer for the work to start than expected but I am still happy with results and will definitely call these guys again. To be fair, it is probably tough to provide a good estimate about when the job will start when the guy doing the estimating is away from his computer and schedule.

We are always pleased with how everything looks when they are finished with the job. They are always reliable and on time for the job. They are friendly when they are working around our home and I will continue to use their services.

They did a very good job. They seemed honest, worked hard, and the crew was nice and friendly. They did a great job when they came back for the bamboo's spikes. They also cut down a dead tree from my house another time and that cost me $800.
