Description of Work: The company called and postponed the first appointment. |Then they forgot to come on the second appointment. |However they made up for this by apologizing, and doing twice the work for the same $39. The work was done well and I would use them again.

 + -1 moreHe is pleasant, professional, and I have nothing but good things to say about his service. I have been working with him for about five years. He is very respectful and I never feel uncomfortable having him in my home. I would highly recommend his services. He is also the best priced compared to other companies in the area.
Description of Work: I am on annual contract with them. He comes twice a year to service my two units. He replaces filters when needed. I had water leaking from my ceiling after Hurricane Sandy and he assisted me over the phone. He later returned to complete the work, he went in the attic to inspect the leak. He also recommend someone to do the dry wall work. I can call him throughout the year with any issues and he never charges me a fee to come out because of my annual contract.
