They were very quick and accommodating. Their staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that there is NO place to park and their tiny parking lot is one giant traffic jam.

Found this center through the 'auto service' listing and decided to go with them based on their overall A rating and the fact that they were open on Sunday.  Brought my vehicle in around 9:15 am and was greeted by Mike, who was very professional and friendly.  We discussed my repair, he showed me the prices for parts and labor, and said it would be done today.  I got a call from them around 3 pm and was met by David when I returned to the shop.  Again, very professional, courteous and friendly.  Everything was done to my satisfaction and I was in my repaired vehicle in about 10 minutes.  Overall, a very satisfying experience - I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

They were very upfront about any issues that I had and they didn’t create any new issues.  They got the work performed, no more, no less and they were very good on following up afterwards.

The guys at Firestone were great! I picked up a nail in my tire that was too close to the sidewall to patch (too bad because they would have done the patch for $20). Tim, who was working up front, was very friendly and knowledgeable about their tires and didn't try to push me into buying the most expensive one, although he explained the advantages of each. I went in at 7:30 (they open at 7), and they were already ridiculously busy, but were able to get me out in about an hour and still apologized for the wait. They also offer a 10% military discount. I would absolutely bring my car back here!

Everything went great. My husband stopped in on two separate trips on the same day to have all 4 tires balanced. He was helped right away and price was more reasonable than what we had seen elsewhere.

No fault was found. Previously bought tires and had everything mounted and aligned. Great quick service and reasonable prices.

Have gone to this service station for 2 years. Sometimes they may seem a little pricey, but I have NEVER had a problem, and never had to bring a vehicle back with the same problem. MILITARY FRIENDLY!!

They have good customer service, they are friendly, and they are knowledgeable. I think all of their services are overpriced.

They had good service and good mechanics but every time we took the car in, the prices went up and the cost of their services went up. It became too expensive. A couple of occasions they offered coupons for oil changes and then they didn't honor the coupons. We didn't realize until afterward that they hadn't honored it. So we switched to another mechanic. They were very responsive, punctual, and professional. We would probably use them in the future.

I made an appointment the day prior for the tire rotation. I showed up on-time for appointment. In total, I waited a 1/2 hour for tire rotation; which I felt was very reasonable. I expected to pay $20.00, but was pleasantly surprised when I was told that the rotation was free because of the model of tire that I had (it was a Firestone tire). I did not purchase the tires at Firestone. Overall, I was pleased and would go back for routine maintenance. Only slight downside is parking is tight in their lot; so its best to go when they are not as busy.

I had a good experience with them. The only problem was that, I had to wait for a long time, since I went there without taking an appointment. The price could have been cheaper somewhere else as I didn’t compare Firestone’s prices with anyone else. The quality of work was good as my car is still running. They were pretty responsive as they kept me informed about what’s going on with my car. They also informed me that they had to get a car part from another store. So it got delayed further. They were very polite and professional. It also took a long time that day as I didn’t have anybody to pick me up, to at least take me home and wait for the service to be completed.

The reception worker wasn't very friendly and the prices were a bit above average for tires and service. They also did not call once the service was completed.

Firestone is not always the quickest place to get service. I think they have a high turnover rate and are understaffed at times. One time they over filled our oil, but they did fix that. I would have to say they're average in auto service. The price I paid for the tire is what was prorated from my service warranty.

PRICE QUOTE WAS ACCURATE AS WELL AS BEING SIGNIFICANTLY LESS EXPENSIVE THEN OTHER DEALERS. DID THE WORK WHEN THEY SAID, AND WITH PRODUCT QUOTED. ONLY COMPLAINT WAS THEY DIDN'T CALL WHEN IT WAS FINISHED.
