Because of the unique requirements for my condenser, it was difficult to find an installer. My existing HVAC system was 23 years old and was non-working. My system failure occurred during the heatwave at the end of May. I called 17 contractors, many who would not consider the installation or told me that it would be 3 weeks until they could inspect my property. Aureon did his research, found the unit, and provided an estimate the day after his inspection. We then agreed to move forward. He cautioned me that the condenser would take at least a week to procure. The next day, he called me to let me know that he found it with a different supplier and at a lower price. We rescheduled it for a week earlier than the original installation date.
Aureon and his assistants arrived at the designated time and promptly began removing the non-working unit. They completed the installation in an efficient manner, working through unforeseen problems with ease and minimal disruption to my household.
As I mentioned earlier, my requirements were unusual and many contractors were unwilling to take on this job. By those that came to make an estimate, I was cautioned about so many things that were irrelevant, with a 60% increase in costs. Aureon was the best kind of professional, his assistants considerate and friendly, and I will always appreciate his diligence in replacing my system.

Went very well. Employees being employees were not as detail oriented, but Aureon who is a hands on owner made sure to review their work and tightened up any loose ends himself. One thing I look for in a contractor is that they care for the quality of work they provide, and being that he is an involved owner, he made sure I was satisfied before they left. An example of a situation I was impressed with was that he ran into a situation where a live wire from my second floor could not be found in the wiring downstairs at the location of the Furnace, this was due to bad wiring work from the previous owner. Aureon tried for about 6 hrs to find this wire and eventually gave me options of running a new wire of simply using a wireless thermostat. I chose the wireless thermostat, and my goodness, that is the best decision I have made in years. Lets just say that for the price I paid I go service that was worth 2 times what I paid for. I highly recommend Aureon to anyone considering HVAC work done. By the way, I met with about 5 different HVAC contractors before choosing to work with Aureon, and he stood out of the pack. He does not sell you on anything, he simply gets down to business and has no problem educating you in the process. Anyways, I will end here before I end up writing a book. Good Job Aureon.

Aureon HVAC, Mr. Johnson, saved our home. He was hired to do a 20 point safety inspection, and advised us of an issue that we thought was fixed through our Home Warranty Plan. Evidence of a fire was visible. Mr. Johnson gave us a price on Friday, and delivered the part and installation on Saturday. No additional cost over the quote. He even gave us the parts to show our warranty company the perilous condition that they placed our family in. Mr. Johnson, we appreciate his work. Our air is on, no tripping circuits, and it has been professionally done and proven. Don't wait...get the inspection done and let your family be safe and cool this summer. We will definitely use Aureon and feel proud to recommend Aureon to Family, Friends and Co-workers

Fantastic customer service. Small business that clearly cares about the customer. Very straight forward and explained everything in great detail. Worked towards providing me with a product that was in my best interests not his. Could have certainty sold me a higher priced product or a Warranty, but provided details which allowed me to determine that it wasn't the best financial decision to do so. Highly recommended.

Areon maintained great communications throughout our contract. His business manner was professional from the beginning to the end. He arrive on time and was prepared to work efficiently. Once the installation was complete he walked through the operations of the unit, what to expect when it operates, and referenced the users manual for any questions. His client service didn't make it seem like it's all about the money it was more about what's best for me.

This is a rental unit and he was able to schedule directly with the tenant and bill me. He was very good at keeping me posted as the project moved along and my tenants said he was very courteous and professional.
