Both Ms. Bravo & Ms. Harkins teamed up to provide 100% total Customer satisfaction! They were both Prompt, Pleasant and always extremely PROFESSIONAL !!!. We have enjoyed a very productive relationship with PAYLESS FURNITURE and look forward continuing and expanding our purchases in the immediate future. Special thanks to Cory for helping me win at telephone tag with Payless Furniture ! Kevin Hitchens, called me today (20aug112-MO) ! He is the technical side of this great group of Payless's winning team. He called to educate me on the 'how-to' procedures, in order to allow me to be qualified to CORRECTLY operate my new 'Catnapper' recliner ! He provided the key data to allow me to operate my chair with confidence ! I was unable to obtain written or oral operating instructions and or any technical assistance from the manufacturing party, Jackson Furniture ! Again, Ms. Audrey Harkins (Mgr.) took complete ownership and allowed me learn from and rely on Kevin's information, in order correctly to operate my new recliner with the technical insights and training provided by Mr. Hitchens, who is mailing me the ONLY associated paperwork available, (note not available directly to me from the manufacturing Company, Jackson Furniture). Payless provides qualified personnel, which happens very rarely in the business environments we all MUST experience today, all too frequently. I will continue to buy my furniture at Payless in the future ! UPDATE 10/15/12: The professionalism has been demonstrated on every contact. I've been so appreciative of Ms. Harkins at Payless Furniture. She has been here for me every step of the way. Jackson Furniture, who is the manufacturer, has requested that I only go through the vendor which is confusing and somewhat inappropriate.
