We ordered very simple bouquets and they were wrong. The bride's bouquet was supposed to be a large 10-12' bouquet of peonies; I received a call the morning of the wedding and was told that the peonies they had did not look healthy and wanted to know if it was OK to use silk flowers. At that point we didn't have much choice. The sad part is that even with the silk flowers it wasn't a large bouquet that I had requested. The bridesmaid's bouquets were supposed to be simple two-stem Hydrangeas with a silk wrap around the stems.......we received the Hydrangeas wrapped individually (not bunched together) so the bridesmaids had to hold them together to make it look like an actual bouquet. There were not enough flowers delivered so two of the bridesmaids had to carry a single stem. We ordered Kissing Balls for the mothers and grandmothers which were not delivered at all! I called within 15 minutes after delivery and was told by the gentleman who answered the phone that Jo would have to call me back. It is now over a week and I have not heard a thing. The only positive thing I can say about this situation is that the initial phone calls and planning with Jo went well and the flowers (albeit wrong) were delivered on time.
Description of Work: I used this florist for my daughter's wedding and it was the worst decision!
