The spray tan was five for $30. I didn't feel like it was a personal service. I felt like I was one of the many. The price was very good.

 I made the appointment online. I asked for a 6 pm appointment to have a spa pedicure.

I received an e-mail asking if 5 pm was good, the girl needed more time. I answered the e-mail and informed them that would be fine.

After taking leave from work to ensure I could get there on time, I was told that I had no appointment.

I was told that I had not responded to the e-mail

If you book appoints online, communicate thru e-mail, wouldn't you then follow through with the booking process??

My first time at this salon. I was looking for a new style for my age and the reviews here are good. When the stylist met me she knew exactly what would look good. Got a usual hair washing, no extra conditioner. My new haircut was not far from what I already had mostly just trimmed up. In fact, my family and friends were asking when I was supposed to get my new haircut -- no one even noticed the trim. In fact neither did I as the day wore on. The staff was extremely friendly and my stylist was very personable. It's a very nice place with lots of amenities. I would not go back only because I think it's on the rather expensive side for a basic wash and trim. And this didn't even include the tip.

As usual the service was a great experience from beginning to end. You are always greeted with a smile by the receptionist.
Both of the stylists that I have had contact with do an excellent job! I am never disappointed and it is so relaxing there. Great service, comfortable atmosphere and you feel very pampered. I have had some pedicures also with Tricia and they are so wonderful!! I will keep coming back to this salon even though it is quite a drive from my home.

It was a great experience. I was real happy with it. They took me right in and did everything they were supposed to do. It was a good price and I was happy with my hair.

The service was great.I was greeted warmly by the receptionist. The staff were fabulous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this salon!

From the minute you walked into the salon, you feel very pampered. The lady that did my nails was extremely friends and ready for me when I got there. The process was very relaxing and at no time did I feel as if I was being rushed through. I loved it!

I had a coupon from the local paper for $75 for $150 full foil and cut with Shannon. I tipped her on the full price. I called the salon and got an appointment for Saturday. I was pleasantly greeted at the salon, offered a drink. Shannon came out and greeted me pleasantly. I explained to her exactly what I wanted, we discussed how blond I wanted to be, how I wanted my hair cut. She did a fantastic job getting nice natural looking highlights in my hair without cooking it. It's very soft and manageable, which can be tricky with the blond. I'd explained what I wanted when it came time for the cut, and she delivered. I ended up with a great, no frills, very young, cute short cut. Exactly what I wanted. She blew it dry. Shannon was very professional, friendly and courteous. I'm definitely going back when my roots are ready to be updated and my hair ready for a trim.
