Description of Work: Putman Plumbing showed up on a Sunday to fix a pipe that burst. The pipe in question was in aneeded outside cRawlings space and responsible for my house flooding. Mr. Putman crawled under the house, fixed the pipe, and documented the issues so that my insurance company had no questions.

Description of Work: Patrick came to inspect, diagnosis and potentially repair a water leak. Although he was unable to come out in the snow storm (which nearly no one could/would), he came two days later. He was delayed in getting to my home due to other appointments running long. He had some educated guesses about the problem, inspected the lines and cut off the line to the dishwasher, which solved the problem. Patrick runs a professional business with brochures and maintenance programs. He was very even-keeled and seemed knowledgeable. He even answered some questions I had about pipes freezing intermittently during this very cold weather.

Description of Work: Replaced leaking cartridge in shower. Had to cut off frozen handle and retraining ring.

Description of Work: First time out, worked for 1 hr to find a leak. Finally found a possible source of water but was not sure. Did not charge for first visit. Had to return several days later when leak intensified. Found a difficult to detect leak and made repair. Very helpful and professional office support and on-site technician.

Description of Work: I was without water and called Putnam Plumbing and Heating. It was very cold out and they said they would try and make it out the same day but had a lot of service calls due to the weather. Scott arrived at the house after 5:00pm. Scott was very professional and explained everything he was doing as he diagnosed the problem. The problem ended up be my submersible pump in my well casing. By the time Scott diagnosed the problem his father arrived and they proceeded to work together to fix the issue. Scott and his father continued to work outside in the freezing cold until they replaced the defective pump, they didn't finish until after 10:00pm. |It was nice to see a family owned business taking such pride in servicing their customers(and I forgot to mention, Scott's mother and sister take the service calls and are very courteous too). I would definitely use again!

Description of Work: We had a pipe leaking in the wall. Plummer measured from the wall to the leak and checked upstairs and basement before he cut into the ceiling. He was extremely nice and very careful. He finally found the problem in the upstairs. Since he did all the measuring he new exactly where to cut hole to fix pipe. I really liked his work and the fact that he took everything into consideration before cutting into the ceiling and wall. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company.

Description of Work: The guy was very nice, however, he wrote a contract explaining everything that was wrong. He said we basically need to get all the plumbing redone in both bathrooms. He gave me an extremely high price. He said he was going to caulk before he left to prevent a leak. He didn't caulk anything, he said he would be back to fix the problems which he never came back. I was told $59 for a service fee but ended up paying $167.

Description of Work: Service was quick, I called in around 9 am.. and they were there at 11. Took less than an hour..... and my water heater is working great. Thanks guys.

Description of Work: We called Putman at 6am on a Saturday before our summer vacation for a pinhole leak. The 24hr answering service took our information and Patrick was calling us back 15 minutes later. He arrived at our house about an hour after that as promised. The work was done professionally and quickly. The pricing was completely straight-forward and easy to understand. Patrick provided a clear explanation of what he was going to do and why our pipe was leaking. I certainly recommend his services.
