It was bad I would never use them again, it end up that the fence was lean I called them back and they came and still didn't do it properly it was frustrating nails pushing out it was just an awful job oh my God when I think about it everything was bad about what they did.

Our experience with them was good, and we are happy with the windows and everything. They were pretty responsive and punctual. They were professional.

When I bought some paint at this store they did not seal the paint can correctly and it spilled all over my car. I went back and told the paint manager and he sent someone out to clean my car. They took a report and called two days later to have me send them an estimate of the damage. I called my insurance company as well to make sure it would be taken care of. The store did take care of the problem by reimbursing my insurance company.

At every phase of this project Home Depot arrived on time or early and were respectful, courteous and professional. They do quality work and back this up with a double lifetime guarantee.

They came measured and ordered the storm door and it took four months for them to put it on. The door has never fit right and no way can you lock it. They were unprofessional and not knowledgeable as to what needed done.

Home Depot was not very responsive to me. Their first estimate was $4000 and then that was changed to 7000 because they claimed there was more damage than they had realized. I kept getting the run around when I would try to get my questions answered. Another thing I didn't like was that they kept changing staff so that I had to explain everything to a new person every time.

Home Depot sold us a beautiful front door. We paid them a down payment. After the man installed the door, we couldn't pay him. He told us we would have to go back to the Home Depot and pay them there. This was an inconvenience to us. In installing the door, they had to take down our alarm. They put it back up wrong and wouldn't fix it. We had to have the alarm company come out to fix the alarm.

I FELT THAT THEY DID A GOOD JOB, INSTALLING THE HEATER. HEATER WAS PUT IN VERY PROMPTLY AND NEATLY. AFTER THEY WERE THROUGH, THEY DID A GOOD JOB CLEANING UP. THEY ASKED IF I HAD ANY QUESTIONS.

THEY CAME IN AND THEY DID THE JOB. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON INSTALLING MY CARPET. NOW THEY WERE NOT THE NICEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD, BUT THE PRICE WAS DECENT AND THEY GOT THE JOB DONE.

THEY WERE A GOOD COMPANY. WE GOT A GOOD PRICE FOR THE PRODUCT. BUT THE GUY THAT INSTALLED THE WATER HEATER SCRAPED OUR BASEMENT FLOOR AND DID NOT CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF.

THEY HAVE VERY EXCELLENT SERVICE, THE SALES PERSON HELPED ME PICK OUT EVERYTHING I NEEDED, AND SHOWED ME SOME TIPS, AND IDEAS ON HOW TO GET IT DONE RIGHT.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH ALL OF THEIR WORK. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CARPET THAT THEY INSTALLED. EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD. THEY CLEANED UP BEHIND THEMSELVES.

THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES, THEY WERE VERY NEAT. THEY SUBCONTRACTED IT OUT.. I WAS VERY SURPRISED AT THE HIGH PRICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.

THE PRICE WAS A LITTLE MUCH, BUT I CAN'T DO THE WORK MYSELF, SO IT WAS WELL WORTH PAYING FOR. I DON'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM PAYING THEM FOR THEIR WORK AND WILL CALL THEM AGAIN. THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

THE SELECTION OF CARPET WAS MADE EASY BY HELPFULNESS OF EMPLOYEE. THEY SCHEDULED THE INSTALLATION AND THE CREW DID AN EXCELLENT INSTALLATION OF THE CARPET. THEY WERE EVEN ACCOMMODATING TO A LAST MINUTE CHANGE.
