Technicians came out to inspect our furnace/compressor after we experienced our unit not producing cold air for ~5 hours. The system is 20 years old and did not have any recent preventative maintenance. They offered same day service on a Friday but I was already at work so I had to reschedule for the following Tuesday. They arrived within their promised window of 8am-2pm (arrived at 11:30am). Technicians inspected thermostat, furnace, and compressor and determined our system was a bit low on refrigerant (R22 @ $95/LB). They added 1.5 lbs back in and mentioned the valve was not sealed completely. The were courteous and acted in a professional manner. I paid for the refrigerant in-person using a credit card. The service charge/labor was covered by my American Home Shield warranty (their refrigerant coverage is only $10 per pound). Overall a positive experience.

We have their annual service plan. They always do excellent work. Even when we had one minor issue they came back out quickly to resolve the issue free of charge. I will definitely recommend them and use them, again.

Whether you are sweating in the hot or freezing in the winter. They are conscientious. They have prompt service turn around. They are knowledgeable in understanding heating and air units.
