Sanity Savers does not use subcontractors. The owner is on all jobs and I do background and drug screening during my hiring process. I also check all their references both professional and personal. I do charge an initial cleaning fee, but usually will wave the fee if you have been using a prior service and dissatisfied with their quality and performance. All other services offered are discussed with each individual client and we come up with a fair price. My prices are much lower than my competitors due to the fact that I don't want to charge more than necessary.
