My experience went well with Energy Systems and they are among the top contenders that I am considering.

Excellent!

Dave, the estimator, arrived when he said he would, was friendly, and answered all our questions. The installers arrived every day promptly at 7:00 a.m. for a week Pleasant to talk to. Made it easy to have in the house all day. New ductwork had to be installed where none had existed before. And with very limited space to work with. With a lot of creativity and effort, they were able to install the Air Handler in our attic - as opposed to a hallway closet. With approximately an hour to go every day, they stopped their work and began cleaning up. We were very pleased with their efforts to leave the house as clean as possible every day. The only problem we had - after the final check of the system was complete and the installers had left - was that the condenser continued to run. This resulted in the air handler freezing and then thawing (after I was advised to turned off the system) resulting in a lot of water coming through and damaging the ceiling in one of our upstairs bedrooms. The company sent someone over and found the problem with the AC and fixed it. And they had a painter come over and repair the ceiling at no cost to us. As a result, they have now added an additional final check - to make certain the condenser cycles off! Despite this problem, we would still recommend this company.

I would say that they're very professional and accommodating in terms of time schedule. I had a friend refer them to me and I think they do excellent work.

Energy Systems is a great company. The crew that came to our house was very professional, prompt, and courteous. In addition, the crew really listened to us and tried to find ways to minimize the number of soffits and they made any adjustments we requested. In addition, they have come out several extra times to address smaller issues with the system (one duct made too much noise and another time they fixed our electrical panel which had a bad circuit breaker on the HCV system). On both of these occassions we were not charged and the problems were simply fixed. They are a wonderful company.

Dave actually came to my home twice - the first time to get all proper information on the make,model, year, serial numbers etc and to listen to the explanation as to the problems with the system. He then contacted Trane's engineers etc, receiving the information he needed and then returned to my place two weeks later to correct all of the problems. I have seen a drop in the usage of the killowatt hours since then - and I would definitely recommend Dave and Energy Systems for anyone's problems with their heating and cooling of their homes. Everyone is very professional and Dave explains everything in terms that you can understand so that you know what is going on. Highly recommend to everyone. Big jobs or small jobs. Super!

We had Dave and his guy’s installed a system in our 1918 Capital Hill row home about a year ago and its wonderful. The crew was friendly, competent and took care in making sure the house was left clean (as clean as construction can be) and undamaged. I interviewed seven HVAC companies before selecting Energy Systems and they were only one of two that 1) understood the problems of older homes, and 2) listened to what I wanted and provided a solution. Other companies only had one size fits all solution or said what I wanted couldn’t be done. I cant recommend them enough.

Their estimate was much lower than one companies, and just a bit higher than another company. But because of reports and my meeting with the representative from this company, I did choose to go with Energy Systems. They were excellent in every respect. They said they would have it installed in a week, and they did. They started on a Monday and finished on Friday. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Everyone that I had a meeting with from the company was very courteous and very professional.

Everything about this service provider was great. There price was the best and follow up was great.

Energy System is a great company to work with. They were efficient and they arrived on time. The price seemed to be consistent with everybody else. I wouldn t change anything else about this company.

They are very easy to get a hold of. If you have an emergency they will come out right away, which means they might have to run and come back with the correct part. I have used them for 14 years and I would even give them the key to my house if need be. This is a very professional company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in our area.

David Stith and his crew were excellent from the initial visit to give an estimate and a plan to the final clean up. The crew members were smart and professional, worked efficiently and neatly, and explained things well. The Unico system allows central air conditioning to be installed with a minimum of disruption to the house -- only tubing from the attic to the first floor that needed to be covered in drywall later. I would give this company a very high recommendation.

Did an excellent job and have been very responsive to taking care of minor problem with system operation in the first year. System is quiet, cools very well, very energy efficient, and installation did not require much plaster repair work, and we lost little closet space.

Energy Systems, the owner Dave Stith and his team, Kevin and Kevin, are excellent. They are professional, on-time, courteous, and all around nice guys. The best part is that they really know their stuff. The new AC system they installed is great - efficient and they used flexible space pak tubing so no need to bust open walls or build ugly bulkheads. Theyve since done alot more work for me, including seasonal servicing of my systems and repairing the existing A/C system that was already in my house (another zone). Ive worked with alot of contractors over the years (Im in real estate and have done many renovations). Energy Systems is a great one - very trustworthy and reliable. Highly recommend them.
