Robert and his crew did a great job. Very thorough. Cleaned up after themselves. The best part is that we no longer have water in our vents.

The installed system solved the majority of my basement water issues, but I had to stay on top of the workers to ensure they followed the plan. It seemed like they intended to cut some corners. Indeed, they did not test the drain system prior to covering it up with concrete because "they did not have a hose." That said, it has worked so far and the price was good so I would recommend them if you are willing to insist on good workmanship (and keep an eye on their progress). They installed 37 linear feet of French drain, installed two sump pumps, and applied Americover on two walls to direct water to the underground system.

The guys came out and worked until the job was done. There were no issues. Good job!

My initial experience thus far has been pretty good. I can not comment on the work I need performed because it has not been done yet. I got a really good vibe from the representative and look forward to having them complete the project. Okay, the work has been completed and I am hoping it is well with my basement. The day after they completed the job it rained 'HARD' and I stood in my basement looking for water and found none. I actually heard water gurgling outside of a window and then I heard the system kick on and voila!!! No water. Today (8/2) we had another heavy downpour and again I stood in the basement listening to the system kicking in and once again, 'no water'.

Explained the job in full and made future recommendations.

The salesman was very helpful in taking time to explain things to me but I am afraid that I still didn't fully understand. This could easily be my fault. So, I did appreciate the salesman, but the person he sent out to do the job was difficult for me to communicate with. I know that I can be picky and ask for a lot, but the worker would not let me finish talking, he kept interrupting me. One thing I really appreciated is that they did do something extra for me at no charge.

Good company that walked us through our available options for our leaky basement. Communication was a little difficult at times, but overall Robert and his crew seemed very experienced and provided good workmanship. Awaiting a large rain to test it all out!

They did a good job, took awhile getting the warranty to us, took three consecutive weeks of calls to get it. Other than that we were satisfied with the work done.

They were VERY professional, honest, and reasonably priced. Robert was great - he was patient in walking me through the process and answered all my questions. The crew worked hard and were respectful. The only thing I would say they need to work on a little was there clean up skills. Besides that I was happy with them.

Robert came to my home for the estimate and I later called him back with several questions. He patiently answered all of my questions and explained in detail any concern that I had. Three gentleman worked extremely hard to perform the work for four days and I am very impressed by the quality of their work. The entire experience handled by this company was professional and the results were excellent and I highly recommend them. 10/13/2020-- I was disappointed with the failure of this company to follow through on their warranty. After several failures to return phone calls and to show up, I finally had the warranty work completed by another company, and paid them for what should have been covered by the warranty. This took place over a period of several months.

We had two estimates and Mr. Bollinger had the better price and also a better solution, a french drainage system in addition to the pump. After the sump pump was put in, he inspected the work and had some minor work done to ensure the proper cementing around the pump. He will provide a written guarantee of the work which we can pass on to future owners.

Had a few bumps with communication, but other than that, things were fine.

Excellent crew. Very neat and clean; took care to be sure no debris was left behind or dirtied my home.

This was an excellent experience. The owner secured the meeting with us. The work crew came on-site three days thereafter. The workers was polite, professional, considerate and caring about our requirements. I recommend this company be at the top of anyone's list seeking Waterproofing services.

Excellent work and courteous service. Cleaned up well after they finished. A minor issue--they were a bit rushed at the finish. But we would certainly recommend them.
