We had our bedroom floors refinished after 30 years of wtw carpet. Beautiful job of matching the stain to existing LR floors. House is now seamless in stain and finish. Love it! The guys were on time and fast and wore masks during this COVID time. They took 1 day to complete the job. They made sure we were satisfied and understand the need for 24hr curing and socks on for 48hrs. Dana, in office, was always accessible and made it easy to schedule the job during COVID times. We have more projects to tackle at our house and will be contacting Tim and his crew in the future. Thank You Premier Hardwood Floors

Tim and his crew did a excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors, what an amazing difference it made,I would highly recommend Premier Hardwood Floors. The crew showed up on time and completed the work as scheduled,Dana Harrison followed up with us daily on the progress of the work, as we took a few days at the beach while the floors were being refinished,Dana was incredible she called when we came back to make sure we were 100 percent satisfied before she took our final payment, I have never had such a great experience with a contractor,if you ever need your floors refinished these are the folks to call.

Highly Recommend! I contacted initially to refinish some hardwood floors. After meeting Tim I learned they had the capability of completing additional work around the home so our scope quickly expanded. The quality and value we received was top notch. The crew did a great job refinishing our floors, adding walls/doors, a custom stair rail, and even a major bathroom remodel which involved moving electrical and plumbing. Dana was a pleasure to work with ok scheduling, billing and special thanks to The craftsman Alex and Jose who did the majority of our work. Will definitely look to hire again if/when we need to tackle another remodel.

But it doesn't make you think the same as I think he's a great one to the hospital where you are a good the world

From the moment I contacted them to inquire to the moment they finish the work, the coordination was very good. This is a serous company, trusted which take pride in serving the customer. I hired Premier in a fit of desperation after a previous contractor did a terrible job refinishing my kitchen floor. The folks at Premier were very responsive, with clear communications and detailed pricing. Dana was a pleasure to work with on the phone and the crew was polite, fast and very tidy. The result is beautiful (and way less time and money than the original work.)

Received the estimate quickly, great response time. Set up work schedule and they came out on time and did a fantastic job on the floors! Great experience would definitely recommend to anyone that need floors refinished.

The communications and service from Premier was top-notch. This was my first time having my floors refinished, and they patiently walked me through the whole process and even came out to review the work after I'd moved back in to my apartment. I also found them to be highly competitive in terms of pricing and the most able to assuage my concerns about the unique molding situation I had with my floors. Some of my molding was overlooked when being reinstalled and they handled that small snafu promptly and thoroughly. I was uniformly impressed with the work of Carlos and Jorge, the service and patience from Tim, and the friendliness of Dana. The entire team and the entire experience was a dream. Seriously.

Professional, polite, knowledgeable, flexible, and came in at the best price point. The end result was a beautiful wood floor.

Our floors look fine so what they did was good work. However, make sure to get every detail spelled out in writing! I hired these people since they promised they would do what all the other professionals who gave me quotes said they would do. The details were not spelled out in the contract but when I spoke to the saleswoman on the phone after gathering my quotes, she assured me that the specifics I asked about when comparing quotes (filling in cracks and covering up nail heads) were all part of their *basic* service. I made the mistake of believing her. All the other professionals I obtained quotes from included these services (some at a lower price) and they also included a coat of clear stain in their estimates which Premier did not (and I understood that). They ended up being quite expensive considering what they did as they only did about half of what the other companies were going to do. When we went back to them about this, they said if it was not in the contract, it would not be done They also said the job would take 4 days and it only took 2. I honestly feel cheated and would not recommend this company.

Several spots were rough. They were supposed to return for repairs, but have not.
