when we decided to go with Prestige Tree, I would never expect that I would be eager to come here to share a 1 star review. But I'd like to share our experience in case helpful. 1. HUGE disconnect between the sales force, the working force and the ownership. 2. We clearly communicated what we wanted to the sales force, but the contract (only 1-page) did not capture everything we discussed. When we read the contract, we figured it was a summary and they would honor the discussion. But later found out, they cited every word in their contract. 3. Crew scheduled to be here for 1/30. They arrived late and stayed only till 12:30. No communication. Crew didn?t come back until 2/4. Left tree messes for 4.5 days uncleaned. 4. Husband clearly walked the property line with the crew. Yet, the crew left tree messes on neighbors? land and used one of their trees as a pulling anchor with rope without permission. Neighbor got very upset. 6. Job wasn?t complete from our perspective.

I have used this company three times. They always do an excellent job. The first job was taking down a very tall pin oak...they did great work. The next year they pruned my 25 foot magnolia tree and did wonderful work. Very meticulous the way they followed mine and the arborist's instruction. Last year the removed two giant hydrangea bushes completely as well as some very established ornamental grasses. They also grinded a stump completely and cut away a large branch that was dangling over my shed. In addition, they pruned various trees and shrubs. They have always done quick work, but efficient. They clean up the mess very well. The group leader and even one of the owners or arborists showed up. I was extremely pleased and will hire them again.

This company is very professional. They got the job done quickly and for a great price. I highly recommend them.

They were very professional and did a fantastic job

If you use Prestige, you will pay for an arborist who will do the quote, but the work will be done unsupervised with all of the finesse of a BGE roadside crew. I hired Prestige to do some tree removal and prune old two large fir trees, including removing lower branches and pruning some of the branches that were coming toward the house. I met with the arborist twice to explain what I wanted. On the day of the work, the crew leader did not have the correct instructions for my house. I called the office and asked them to have the arborist talk to the crew leader. When I came out, they had sheared all the branches of the tree that pointed in the direction of my house instead of selectively pruning the branches that were coming toward my house. The tree looks terrible. They also did not complete removing dead branches from the back side of a second tree and needed to return. This time, I closely watched to make sure the work was done right. The tree removals were done well, but my poor fir trees look terrible, especially the one right next to my driveway! If I can post pictures, I will include them. You do not need to hire an arborist to have this quality of work done. And if you want an arborist overseeing the work, definitely do not hire Prestige.

They removed 1 tree, trimmed 3 trees and grinded 4 stumps. I'm very please with the final results and the process in general. They were in and out in 2 hours and cleaned up so that you never knew they were there. Also, project was reasonably priced. I will be hiring them again.

No complaints. They trimmed 3 trees in less than an hour. Not a large job. I would hire again.

Very professional, arrived as on schedule date and time. Within an hour the large tree was removed and clean up was finished. Very happy with the service.

In addition to removing the dead trees, they cut up the trunks and piled them where I requested. They cleaned up after the removal.

I wish they take initiative to clean out my place completely after trimming trees . They did remove the big branches after trimming the trees but there are still falling small branches .

They did a great job with the tree and cleaned everything up thoroughly. We'll likely hire them again in a couple years when the tree needs more attention.
