Once they arrived everything went very quickly. They had e all moved in in 2 1/2 hours.

Arrived a few minutes late but performed move as contracted.

Malik brought a hightly energized and professional crew to the home, and it was great seeing them work. They were all very respectful, and worked extremely hard to get things moved as quickly as possible. I had a little over one truck load of items, and the two sessions of load/unload went without a hitch. This was a 100% improvement over my last moving experience, and I can truly say that they are my top choice as I recommend moving companies in the DC area. Big KUDOS to Malik and his team of highly qualified pros!!

Malik contacted me before I could log off HomeAdvisor.com. K&M staff were extremely professional, kind, and courteous. I've moved quite a few times in the past several years, but K&M were the only moving service I was extremely pleased with. Especially since they were the only crew that EVER assembled my 5 piece entertainment center correctly. They were so professional even my mother, sister and brother noticed and shared their positive comments after the staff left. If I ever have to move again I would definitely hire their services.

Malik, one of the owners of this small business, called me straight away after I expressed interest in reserving K&M for moving services. He was extremely courteous and professional in every interaction we had with him. He explained their services and sent me a quote straight away. The price is extremely good value for the service. There is a $25 reservation fee to book them for the date, which can be paid by credit card over the phone. The weather was less than ideal- slushy, icy and slippery. Still, from the truck first arriving on site to K&M leaving our new house, the job was finished in 3.5 hours. Kirby, Ed and Malik were efficient, careful and complete. They dropped the labeled boxes in the right rooms, nothing was damaged, and they even disassembled and reassembled my bed. They are a small company, but that is all the more reason to choose K&M-- support a local business that is providing great services.

Owner is very professional and called to followup on timely basis. He also shown flexibility to change the date of move without any problems. The guys who came for moving were courteous but had few issues with quality.and care for.moving large items. They didn't carry booties and didn't have enough blankets to protect the floor. They also refused give couple of plastic covers for the metteress without charging for it. I still recommend K&M mainly because of value for money and owner's customer service.

I could not be happier with the results. The move started a bit later than what I expected but to make up for lost time K&M came out with one more person than initially scheduled and the move was completed on time. K&M carefully wrapped all furniture and delivered everything without any damage. I found them to be professional, reliable, courteous, easy to deal with. I highly recommend this contractor based on my experience.

Stress free and smooth service.

The only reason I have to give this company low stars is because I had to dispute their charges. Also no response after I notified the mistake in the bill. They refused to reduce the advance paid from the final bill. Also their hourly rates were different from the agreed rate. I don't recommend this company
