"Hello, we appreciate the feedback you have been able to provide on the service you have received. At JDL HVAC Services, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service experiences. Although we are dismayed that we did not meet those expectations this time, we uphold the diagnosis and price given to you by our senior technician. Due to the original installers improperly putting in the outdoor system without risers the correction would require evacuating and then replacing the existing refrigerant. This service described that you claim should be refunded was done at no additional charge. The only service priced was for the previously discussed installation of risers and the insulation of the refrigerant line. I regret that you have had to run into these issues due to the improper installation by the original company you hired. Nonetheless, I appreciate the opportunity you afforded us to correct the previous work at a fair price.
