They are really good at keeping the client satisfied. Did a great job after blower motor failed they put in, they came back within a day of being notified and replaced the part. They were very professional and the price they gave me was very fair. Will keep the contact for all my HVAC needs including servicing.

Good company. While others though the Heating and Air System needed to be replaced, these guys thought it still had some good miles left in it. Replaced a gas valve, thoroughly cleaned the heating systems and everything is working great.

Let me start off by saying that this company was very quick with being able to come out and take care of the services that I needed . Ire was the technician that came out and he was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft and to top that off he has a great personality. He came out to install a thermostat and give my furnace a winter tune-up. The most thing i was impressed with was his attention to detail that he provided while he was performing the winter tune-up on my furnace. I saw this gentleman do things that I had never seen any other company do when they came to do a tune-up on my systems. I will definitely continue to have this company take care of any HVAC needs that I need in the future.

Joe was the first to call shortly after I submitted my request for service. He had the tech out that morning who confirmed what I thought was the issue - the AC needed replacement. Since both the furnace & AC were original, I asked for an estimate to replace both. Joe's estimate was very fair given I had an estimate earlier in the year for just the AC. Because I am in a condo, choices were limited on both the AC unit and the furnance (because of size and space limitations). But Joe found a good combination of products and the install team came out on a SUNDAY! The job was not an easy one and I appreciated the team's tenacity in completing the installation. So far, everything is working well. One thing to be aware of: while the company offers an interest free payment plan, that plan is based on a higher cost (essentially I took it to mean the interest was built into the payoff period) so I chose to go with the original estimate.

Wonderful Service. Problem solved very quickly and fortunately the Installer brought the correct thermostat; the one I purchased did not fit.

I submitted my request for a bid on a new AC on a Saturday and someone called me within 5 minutes and they were at my house within an hour. Their price was excellent and the service was even better.

Bob was punctual and efficient. Since this is my 1st experience with central air I have no prior experience as it relates to cost.

We were kept informed of timing for the crew. They were careful to protect floors as they carried in equipment and notified a company electrician when they weren't satisfied with the behavior of the system with the existing wiring.

If you are thinking about hiring JDL for services do yourself a favor and do it. Hands down one of the most professional and plesant HVAC companies I've ever dealt with. They were upfront and honest about everything, work was top-notch and the group of folks working for them are outstanding. I rarely write reviews but I could not miss the oppertunity to speak on how great this company was to deal with. From now on I will be dealing with them for any of my HVAC needs.

The technician came on time, he explain what the problem was and fixed it quickly. He recommended what to do to avoid the problem in the future.

They were professional, respectful, no additional pressure sales or charges and was kind enough to explain what happen and offered remedies for future issues. I would use them again and see if it is consistent. They have customer service that is missing in the world these days. Hopefully, it is across the company and just not one individual.

I have nothing but good to say about JDL. Beginning with Vince Kelley the senior specialist to Ania with whom I spoke on several occasions to the actual technicians , each were very professional and highly skilled. Being a senior citizen with breathing issues and the air conditioning going out on the hottest weekend of the season, I needed help ASAP. Turns out the entire system gave out after 20 years and needed replacing. I won't name any company but I was quoted the job being done in 5-10 days and an exorbitant price. That's when I contacted Home Advisor and will do so again if I have a need. Needed to say I didn't have 5-10 days to wait. JDL came out on a Thursday and the system was put in on Friday. Everyone was polite and professional and highly recommend JDL.
