The JDL agent, Leron, was very courteous, professional and helpful. I felt confident that the repairs and maintenance work that he performed on my central air conditioner was correct and it has been working beautifully ever since. I will definitely use JDL HVAC Services, LLC again.

I had 3 window a/c units that needed installing; one company told me $750 at the least $600; this company said $95 per unit. Abraham did a great job and had them all installed in less than 30 minutes. I payed the installer he notified the company and I received my receipt via email immediately. Would definitely use them again.

Needed some diagnostics on an underperforming AC. Last service was done (through a home warranty) and while they fixed a leaking evaporator coil they weren t receptive to questions my system was running 12-17 hours a day, I wanted to make sure the warranty repair was done well without another refrigerant leak. JDL came to run diagnostics confirming the AC system is fine, instead the Ventilation system is the issue. Tech was very helpful showing all the pressure, current and temp readings of the system; I like transparency. In the end after closing off all ventilation to the basement, ground floor, and adjusting baffles in the attic the AC finally is cooling the top floor. Brian F.

The first service call was prompt. I was told the issue was that I needed more coolant. I spent $750 on safety inspection and 4lbs of refrigerant. The serviceman said he checked the pressures and the numbers did not change after adding the coolant, meaning he could not find any leaks. A few days later, the unit still was not working properly. The serviceman came back to the house and replaced a battery in the inside part of the unit, and then said the fan was not working either. That cost another $700+ to replace. I tried to finance this extra cost, to no avail. The finance company listed on the estimate did not have a working link and did not respond to my call. A few days later, the unit STILL was not working to cool the house properly. In the next service call, I was told there must be a larger leak than originally thought because the coils are frozen which means the new coolant is already low. Why did not they add 1lb of coolant and wait to see what happened? When they added the 4 lbs of it, the guy said he checked the pressures, and the numbers did not change, so he could not detect a leak. Now I am told a leak search will cost $375 more and then who knows what. Time to call someone else.

Repaired the unit with no fanfare. Very professional and knowledgeable tech.

He didn't try and just sell me something i didn't need. He gave me a direct resolution to my systems issue and recommended I sign up for a service contract.

Mr Isak fix my air conditioning Outside unit and performed a system check. During the service check he found the installation booklet inside the unit which could have caused additional problems. Mr Isak was very professional and had a great personality. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Isak Wakotla who came out and serviced my heat pump and now I have heat for the first time in a long time. The unit has been serviced by another company whom I have a service contract and every year, there seems to be a problem with my system. Mr. Isak explained what the problem was and replaced the defecteive part and things are perfect. I will not renew my service contract with the other company and will use JDL from now on.

Isak was systematic and thorough in his diagnosis of our malfunctioning heat pump. He found a programming error in the thermostat after ruling out more expensive mechanical issues.
