Paid for service; 700.00, did not fix the problem. Then paid $897.00 deposit 10 days ago. Claim that part is not in. My part is free from Carrier company? The service guy Xzaver was great. My house is 100 degrees inside. So I will call another company now. Also, they lied, claim I received a military discount when then did not know I was in the military.

Everything was great! I needed freon of the OLD variety; which was more expensive. That's why I rated the value a 4.0. The people were excellent!

I felt that their office did not want to reconcile any issues. They automatically blame the consumer and that the consumer should have known who they wanted to contacted. The office person did not want to listen to anything had to say. From the start they blamed me for all their issues. I found them through HomeAdvsior so I reached out to HomeAdvsior with my concerns.

I had an emergency and I called HDL HVAC. They charged a holiday fee which is ok but I called them immediately to cancel the appointment to go with someone else. They didn't want to give me my money back. I don't remember having heard it was not refundable so I told them to keep it and enjoy it but want to share my experience with others so they opt for real professionals.

JDL quickly scheduled an appointment for me. Xavier was prompt and called to advise when he would be arriving. Before entering my home, he made sure to put on his shoe coverings. He was very professional, courteous, polite, kind, efficient and kept me informed of what was going on with my condenser pump / HVAC system. Xavier went over and beyond to make sure that the condenser pump that he replaced was working properly and that the HVAC system was also working. Xavier is very knowledgeable and puts pride into doing his job and making sure that the job he has performed is done properly and working properly. I highly recommend this gentleman and will hire again for future maintenance.
