Our A/C broke in a July heat wave. JDL HVAC Services came the same day we called. Our A/C unit is 14 years old so we thought for sure we would have to replace it. To our pleasant surprise the JDL technician, Isak, found and fixed the problem! An electrical component had gone bad. He was done within 45 minutes and charged us a reasonable price. Thank you JDL! I definitely would use JDL again and recommend them.

Central AC went out when it was 98 degrees outside. JDL got here within two hours and fixed it within another two hours. My system needed several parts replaced and the technician had each one in his truck. He didn't mind that my dogs were trying to get him to play.

Mr. Yusuff is a professional and subject matter expert. He kept me informed throughout the process which gave me a greater understanding of my air conditioning system. Customer service kept me informed of appointment delays due to higher than normal HVAC service demands. Job well done by JDL HVAC Services! I was a new homeowner without any knowledge of HVAC systems. The tech was willing to take his time and show me tips on caring for my system. Called them that day, they showed up at my door 4 hours later.

Isak was a helpful and friendly technician. The only reason I rated this a 4.5 star rather than a 5-star is that we needed them to come back and check why our unit was leaking a bit after he got it back in good shape. But it was not a problem with his work, just excess condensation that stopped after a few days, and they were super responsive. Will definitely call them again if we need further repairs.
