After years of mediocre service from the company that installed our HVAC, we have finally found a reputable HVAV company to service our system. After placing a request on Home Advisor I received a call to schedule almost immediately. Had I been available they would have come out same day (unheard of with our previous service company). After scheduling for the next day, Isak showed up on time to service our unit. Isak quickly diagnosed the problems of an incorrectly set up Nest thermostat and a wiring problem that was causing our out door unit to lock out. Isak thoroughly explained the problems and fixed them in short order. Turns out the unit was incorrectly wired from the installation. Not only was the service great, the total cost was less then I expected. I am so glad I found JDL on Home Advisor. They have definitely won my future business and referrals. Thanks!

I wanted to have a new thermostat installed at home. JDL called almost immediately after I requested a quote. I spoke with Amber, who was very professional, and set my appointment. The technician who came to my, Rapheal, provided excellent service. He explained everything to me, and due to this, I discovered that I didn’t have the right sort of thermostat. He recommended a model that would be appropriate for my system, and fixed the existing thermostat. He worked efficiently, and had the work done in a short time. I would definitely hire JDL again.

Isak was of great help in servicing our 15 y/o forced air and heat pump furnaces. He described every step of the service, taught us how the units work, and where to look for early failure. Isak also helped install and properly program our Nest thermostats so we have an efficiently running house and HVAC system. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for help!

I found JDL on Angieâ s List and they were rated very highly. JDL was the 4th contractor I had contacted and got a quote from. I had contact other Home Depot approved contractors who were just rude and quoted me extremely high prices for sub-par systems. Isak from JDL was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable and recommend services based on what I needed not on what he had to sell. They showed up in time and the work was just pristine. One of the biggest reason I chose to go with JDL is their service, it was extremely easy and fun to deal with these guys. They installed a new hvac system from Carrier which works great. I would highly recommend using JDL for any HVAC needs, these guys are true professionals.

IRE YUSUFF from JDL HVAC SERVICES LLC. was Extremely Professional. Serviced our furnace for the winter, checked everything from every wire to every part to air input/output etc... IRE answered every question and explained a part that needed replaced. He showed the old part and it's voltage that was deficient then the new part and the proper voltage for our unit. He was Extremely Professional and Knowledgeable. We even decided to have him/his company to return again in the Spring to service our air conditioning. We found them through HOME ADVISOR and within 10 minutes of me requesting a quote for maintenance/service JDL HVAC SERVICES, LLC was calling me on the phone. They set up service for the very next day which was a SUNDAY. I would totally recommend them to anyone in need of through/excellent service. THANK YOU!

tl;dr: novice work at expert prices - if you do not have the time or knowledge to check their work, choose someone else. Had these guys come to look at my heater after it would not turn on after I had another company said it was the pressure switch, but they did not have the correct one. I told these guys that were the issue; it took them 1.5 hours to then confirm that it was the pressure switch or the ignition control. They replaced both but wired the pressure switch wrong including shorting across the pressure switch (effectively bypassing the pressure switch, creating a hazardous running condition). This took them 6 hours and I was charged $900. I had a third company come out to verify my interpretation of the wiring was correct, and it was an unsafe bypass. I retested everything and fixed the wiring. Turns out the ignition control was fine (~$300 for the part, although now I have a spare part so eh).

I had a different company come in they told me I needed a new furnace . This company came in cleaned the furnace then told me to get a new furnace filter.. it has been working good.

My outside HVAC unit was no longer working, however, everything on the inside of the house was. Isac W. was able to diagnose and solve the problem in a short amount of time. Isac was courteous and the price of the service was less than I had originally anticipated. I would definitely recommend this business for your HVAC needs.

Jeremy Allen is great person to work with. As soon as he arrived, he immediately noticed the cause of problems and fixed them. He is sharp but also friendly person.

overall, easy to schedule and the technician was sent quickly, even though we offered some flexibility in timing. the technician explained the issues and provided recommendations, as well as a general cost estimates if we decided to go with a larger replacement project vs. short-term repairs.

My rating is based on having this company only inspect my system for problems. They did not service the system but for $30 they told me they could do a more thorough inspecting for another $175.
