It was a very fast response and service.

The job was drastically overcharged. The detail that cost on Amazon $67 was installed for 15 minutes for $470. Additional service that included dust wiping with paper towels cost me $150. Newer again.

Quoting was sketchy, coded and pretty unclear. Expensive service. Not good value for money. They were quick to respond, punctual and technically capable. Maybe good for an emergency, but I'll not hire them again because of lack of transparency and high pricing. I felt scammed.

They were incredibly responsive and helpful. They did not pressure us, and worked with us on budget. No one looks fwd to replacing their hvac system, but they made it as positive as possible.

Resolve the issue and gave me recommendations for the future.

The technician was very courteous, professional, and informative. He stayed late until the job was completed and addressed all my concerns.

Everything is working well so far (I am out of state) and only seen pictures of the work, however the tenants has not complained since the work has been completed.

The technician was unfriendly and more like a sales man rather than an actual person who can do the job. He did not even gave to me a quote for doing the job after spending about 45 minutes at property and charging a booking fee. Iâ d definitely look for a more popular and reliable option elsewhere for installing my Nest thermostat, that needs wire extension.

Comment: I needed a smart thermostat installed. They came out and installed it incorrectly. Three days after the instal the thermostat failed. When I called them they came out and installed a loaner thermostat which also failed three days later because it too relayed on the same bad wiring job from the first one. While here the tech claimed my furnace had a crack in it and could be leaking carbon monoxide. When the loaner thermostat stopped working I called three other companies to quote replacing the furnace. ALL THREE said there was no crack in the furnace and the first one out repaired the faulty wiring from JDL. The smart thermostat has been working ever since. JDL got very disrespectful over the phone and online. Avoid them like the plague.

I had an amazing experience with JDL.. They were really quick to respond to my request. Charges very reasonably for coming out to troubleshoot my heat pump. Tech (Isak) was punctual, professional, and patient. They originally quoted me for the service and later on they found my system is still under warranty.. Which saved me a bunch of money. I have nothing but good things to say about the whole experience. I recommend them wholeheartedly and will definitely use them again.

I was charged $30 for what I was told would be an estimate for a repair. Then I was given a page outlining a 6,000 replacement model suggestion with no explanation as to what it was for. I would not recommend anyone work with them as this is considered false advertising.

Aprilaire A400 humidifier not working since installed. Two service techs from my regular HVAC company could not figure out what was wrong. Isak started at the HVAC control panel and followed the electrical circuit to the humidifier. He said I had an advanced HVAC unit and did not need to use the humidistat that came with the new humidifier. He removed it. He checked the humidifier hooked up directly to the HVAC control panel. Everything worked!! Isak then explained the control panel operation and how the float switches worked in the bottom of the humidifier to save water. Very Professional in every way. Highly recommended.

The tech that came was thorough and very knowledgeable about the heating system.

Service call wasn?t much money and tech was a nice guy. Got my unit back working, went out to his car and came back with new intention which was to prove my unit needed to be replaced. Said they?d call me with price that day, didn?t hear from them for a week, I had to ask them for a price. Moved on to another company to do the replacement, I wish this company best of luck though.
