Our AC was not working, and they came out to our house within 24 hours to assess the situation. We tried a few fixes, and wound up needing a new unit. The price was fair, and they installed it within a week. Overall Iâ d say great service!

Like anyone, I worry when hiring a company I have not worked with in the past. They did an amazing job, showed up at 7:45am done by 8:15 at a reasonable price. Can't thank them enough. No a/c on a humid 93 degree day is no fun.

I called with an A/C problem and paid a $39 booking fee. The technician who showed up was more of a salesman than a Tech. He had no desire to hear about my concern or what happened to my unit. All he cared for was how to seem me a new unit.

Quick, courteous, effective

We lost our A/C a week ago - my service contract turned out to be worthless - in desperation I tried to find anyone that could fix it - I contacted Powell & Sonâ s who put me in touch with JDL HVAC - this was Saturday- they came out Sunday morning and repaired our A/C Heat Pump - Ire Yusuff was the best HVAC technician I ever had - I am canceling my current contract and signing with JDL HVAC Services

I received courteous AC maintenance service in my house. Due to coincidence another HVAC specialist (Gaithersburg AC) came by the very next day and discovered that the capacitor in my outdoor unit showed dismal performance and needed replacement. - Upon inquiry with JDL how this could have been missed the day before, I received a hostile response that the AC system was working after departure and that they would in no way responsible for such a mistake. They explained that the capacitors lost performance overnight and they would not consider discussing their work with me. The cost was minimal but the hostility conveyed from the first sentence was remarkable. A courteous recognition of the possibility of a mistake would have been the professional response. Please report here if you had a similar experience.

I thought price a little steep -- however, work was done on a Sunday, Ire ( our service pro) was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and educated on the system and how the apparatus works I did not shop around, so I really do not have price comparison. Overall, a high quality service and experience.. I would DEFINITELY recommend.

Professionalism was great. I was notified that the technician would be late. Rescheduled and he arrived in the time frame. Service was completed. However I’m still waiting on another quote /offer for another project
