Work took 2 almost 3 days 7 years ago. Since then the sliding doors have popped.of the track 5 times and customer service is impossible.to get in touch with. Technicians take 2-3 days to return phone calls just to schedule a repair. In the meantime showers are either with an open door and water sprays all over the bathroom. My last needed repair was july 2021 but the doors broke again and need to call them today. Good luck to me!!!

After some research, we called Bath Fitter. The salesman informed us that our total price included any and all additional items that the installer might find. An installation expert followed up the salesman's visit to remeasure and review the salesman's order, The installer arrived two hours late, unloaded his equipment and upon starting the job, informed us of a plethora of problems which were to cost extra. We called the office, the problem was resolved. During the instillation, which started at 11am and stopped at 9:30pm, the installer broke the bathroom light fixture and window blind, The repair of a broken pipe necessitated cutting a hole in the drywall directly under the tub which was inadequately repaired. At 9:30, the installer left without completing the job, leaving us without a usable tub/shower- as we only have one bathroom. He said that another installer would be at our home 7:30am the next day. After making repeated calls to Bath Fitter, we got a call at 8:30am informing us that he's looking for an available installer to complete the job. Two hour later, a "supervisor" arrived . When asked if he'd complete the job , he said he was here to "only take pictures". We had him take pictures of the damage done by the initial installer. He then made some calls and said he found an installer who could complete our job once he finished another job.Three hours later, we have yet to hear from anyone. Bottom line: no one day installation, still without a serviceable tub/shower,now have a broken light fixture in bathroom along with broken bathroom blinds and still have drywall waiting to be professionally repaired. Absolutely wonderful. The installer was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and very professional, not to mention how he knew his trade and was completed to perfection.

ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED. I am not quite certain that this is the branch of Bath Fitter that recent redid our tub ... but my dissatisfaction would in large measure apply to any branch, so it matters very little. We recently had Bath Fitter put a molded cover over our 1940s tub ... a previous reglazing hadn't held up well and was peeling badly, and we were looking for a more durable alternative. The salesman came to the house and showed us an example of the material that would cover the tub, and we were impressed with its heft and solidity, so we went forward. The pros: Everyone we dealt with was polite and professional, and the work was done quickly. The finished product looks quite nice. The cons: They DID NOT TELL US BEFORE PURCHASING that most everyday bath/shower products are not recommended, and that some will void the lifetime warranty. This is a huge problem for us -- one of the things that's absolutely verboten is any sort of chemical drain cleaner. This is a household with a lot of long hair and very old narrow pipes ... we rely on drain cleaner! They offer a suggestion of vinegar and baking soda, and the only fallback they suggest is calling in a plumber. This is a huge problem for us. We normally treat the tub drain about every two months because it gets slow. We certainly can't be bringing a plumber in every two months! And we have very low expectations of the vinegar and baking soda treatment ... which even Bath Fitter's literature says might need to be repeated many times to have any effect. We don't know how we're going to address the problem right now -- most likely we will simply have to use a proper cleanser, and take our chances with the warranty, which in retrospect seems to be worth rather less than the paper upon which it's printed. Some of the other things they don't recommend (though not all void the warranty) are bar soap (ALL BAR SOAP!!!), and all but about ten tub cleansers. We would probably not have made this fairly expensive purchase if the limitations on its use had been spelled out. It's so restrictive as to seem like a fairly elegantly crafted scam ... offer a lifetime warranty, but put so many restrictions on the use of the product that everyone will inevitably void the warranty through everyday use. Quite a clever gimmick, actually. Paired with the "if you buy today, you get this discount" hustle that the salesman was running -- and which seemed to be a standard practice -- this seems like a highly disreputable company. Very, VERY displeased.

Overall I'm satisfied with the quality of work.  So far the shower has been an upgrade.  My main complaints are:
1)  I was told during the sales pitch that I would be able to make payments for the 3 months same as cash program via credit card but that is not the case and they would not make accomodations to account for their sales person's "inaccurate information".
2)  The look of the "marble" tiles looks more like a swirl of colors, the caulking is good but has imperfections not expected for the price paid.
3)  The shower head has a "rainfall" mode but is more like a slow waterfall.  I'm assumming this is due to inadequate water pressure but this should have been explained during the consult to say this could be the result.

John is an early starter; appointment time was 7:30 am and he was there at 7:25 am (great!). He had several months of training and several years of experience so this job was no problem. Rip out the existing tub faucet and replace with new piping and faucet. Pressure test to ensure no leaks. Prep walls and install tub surround, towel bar, and multi-level shampoo corner tray. Finish up with trim work and caulking around everything. Great attention to detail and good value for the results achieved.

Final product is very nice; heavy guage materials; easy to clean.  The sales experience was a little more pressured than I would have liked, and we surely should have sought some further bids (but we needed quick installation).  Installers encountered some problems with the concrete slab floor, but willingly took on the task.  The work space and tracks through the house (tile floors) should have been cleaned better, but we didn't push it.  Pleased overall, but would probably seek a truly custom job in the future.

It went very well.  I was very pleased. The technician who did the work knew exactly what to do, did the work beautifully, and didn't leave a mess.  It took two days for the larger bathroom, and another two days to do the work on the smaller bathroom.

It went very well. The first step was a look at what was there and decisions as to what would be needed. Then the measurements were done, and they proved to be completely accurate. Then a wall was built to hold (and hide) the pipes. In every step, we were consulted as to what we wanted, from color to type of shelf and shower head. All the work was done in two days, the clean up was perfect, and the old tib was carried out by careful workers.

We were quoted an excellent price and the job was scheduled. There was a mixup in tub liner (product number mis-read), but it was quickly fixed and installed. The new tub looked amazing!!! And was a key feature when we sold the house.

They were very responsive when I called for an estimate. They came out quickly. The salesman that came out was very informative. He had a lot of materials with him for us to see. It took him a long time to actually get to our job which I understand. Our project was longer than some others but it was okay for us. The workers that came were very knowledgeable and did a very good job. We’re happy with our shower.

I liked everything about them.  Our tile was getting really dingy and what ever you did to it it wouldn't get clean again and we called them.  At first I was kind of skeptical, not of them, but just of the whole process of somebody putting something over the bathtub, but when I saw all the preliminaries that they did prior to putting that in place I was impressed and the finished product was beautiful.  I am still enjoying it. Made the bathroom really nice.

They were prompt in coming here to assess our bathroom for what we needed and wanted to have done. The saleslady spent a lot of time with us. She was very patient, just a tad pushy, but she was fine. A gentleman came back a couple of weeks later and went over everything, did measurements for what we wanted. It seems to me, it takes a long time. It's been a couple of months but they say it's a custom made unit and for that reason, it takes a while. So we're very anxious to have our installation on Monday and we'll go from there. The cost, we thought, was a little pricey. We had a $500 off coupon and our final figure was like $5800.
