Arrived on time , very detailed on a very difficult install . The installation team checked all the boxes, I highly recommend this company for air-conditioning services.

The new HVAC system is phenomenal, but I was pushing my credit limit too far for it to be within my budget. That is my fault, not theirs. The service they provided was outstanding and my house stays temperate without driving up the electric bill in the process.

Excellent service and highly professional staff and technicians

I was ok with the service. I was a little upset that they used gravel as a base instead of concrete.

New ac system and water heater were installed efficiently. Ac was working great when it was completed, but shut down after an hour. We noticed that the thermostat did not completely close. Called ARS to come see what the problem was and was told they might not be able to get someone out until the next day, which was unacceptable. The CSR made some inquiries and found that Joseph Payne would be able to come after he completed another job. Joseph arrived around 10 pm and was absolutely great. He found that the thermostat had been improperly installed. One screw had been drilled in crookedly and the screw was stripped. This caused the thermostat to not close properly and shut done. He spent a great deal of time and energy removing the screw without damaging the wall. He then installed a new thermostat he had on his truck and the system came back up. We could not have been happier with the service Joseph Payne provided on a very hot day.

My technician was wonderful

Came back to replace pipe leaking after hot water heater replacement. No issues at all. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in correcting issue.
