We needed major work done at a rental we have in Maryland. We are currently living out-of-state. One of our other contractors we liked recommended Capital Climate Services to us. It is very stressful not being onsite when you are having work done.
Bernie from Capital Climate was wonderful to work with. We called him and explained the situation and he went out to the location the next day. He gave us an estimate of the work that needed to be done. We were concerned the whole system would need to be replaced which could have cost between 7,000 to 10,000. He reassured us that the system had plenty of life left and he could fix it with a few minor repairs.
I highly recommend this company. They are honest, professional and fair.
