Mr. Alderson was prompt, professional and very thorough in his assessment of the roof - outside and inside attic inspections. In addition, he identified other issues not pertaining to the roof. His report was very detailed with photographs, roof problems, and recommendation resolutions. I highly recommend Mr. Alderson.

The certified roof inspector provided a very detailed report. He is extremely courteous and willing to share his vast knowledge of construction. I recommend him highly for any type of home inspection, not just roofs.

My Inspector Bill Alderson was very personable and knowledgeable. This was my first experience I knew a little but he broaden my knowledge immensely. Bill even cleared away some standing water on the roof while he was up there. I would definitely recommend him to all my friends as well using him on future projects.
