Bill was fantastic. He did an inspection of my row home in Baltimore. He was very flexible to schedule the inspection, and stayed longer than he planned to answer my questions. The report he put together was extremely comprehensive and addressed all of the concerns noted during the inspection. After the inspection, he made himself available to speak by phone several times to answer followup questions about his report, and the proposed repairs being offered by the sellers. I would absolutely use him in the future, and recommend him to anyone.

I hired him to do a complete roof inspection for a house I was trying to purchase because the person who did my initial home inspection, would not/could not get up on the roof. Bill was thorough, genuine and sincere. I asked him tough questions and he answered every one of them honestly, he did not act as if he knew it all. He is a VERY nice man. Bill did a great job. He arrived early and began inspecting the outside of the house first. As he went through the entire house he was able to tell me what he saw as he saw it. The final report he made for me included pictures with each description which i really love so you can look back on it. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, & has great customer service. Bill Alderson is a very customer service friendly and very professional in what he does (roof inspection). The fact that he was very punctual was big plus as well as his communication skills. During the initial process he left multiple voice mail messages and followed up until speaking with a live voice. Very refreshing in this day and age of social media. He was excellent at explaining in layman's terms regarding all his finding. Also, the detailed report was precise and informative, complete with sample photos.
