I showed the men where the leak was & explained that I was going to get rid of the stove. We discussed cutting the pipe before the leak, capping, and removing the old pipe so I could get rid of the stove. After returning from the ATM because they only took cash/checks, I checked the work & found they left the old section of pipe in the ceiling & attached to the stove so I can't remove either without proper tools to cut the remaining pipe. Very upset and disappointed.They should also advise they only accept cash/checks BEFORE they do the work. I would only recommend in an emergency & tell friend to BE VERY VERY VERY SPECIFIC!

Everything went really well. Bob was on time and the problem was fixed right away. The only thing I am still waiting on the receipt over $350.00 we paid cash. Hopefully you can sent it to me, thanks! I received the receipt in the mail, thanks again and a Happy New Year!!!
