Atkisson Plumbing and Heating Company

From the moment I first called Atkisson, Bob was very curious, and professional. He answered my questions without trying to push me into a quick sale. He called me the next morning to let me know they were on their way. They took care if covering the carpet on path they would be using to take old water heater out and new one in. I was very satisfied with the way the total experience was handled. I will use them again and I would refer them to anyone. Great job.

Timely arrival, quick and efficient service. Ryan was personable and professional. He even answered a few questions I had there were not directly related to the job. He removed all the old parts and the packaging of the new faucet, and left the site in good shape. My only concern is that there is a loop in one of the water lines. It doesn't;t seem to be causing any problems at this time, hopefully it won't in the future,

They reviewed my repair/replace job to the shower diverter and came up with the best solution. The job was done timely and with no disruption to the wall or any other areas. I will give them a call for any future plumbing work.

Great job. Had a water heater that leaked and discovered water all over the basement floor. They came the next morning. They even called to see if they could come earlier. Very fast and great quality work. The workers refused to come in the house through the front door so they didn't track mud. They only used the basement door. Definitely would recommend and will only use them for all plumbing needs.

Awesome job. Tub would not stop running and the problem was to be a major fix. They ended up fixing an alternate way for less money and it has been fine since. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Had a broken pipe occur on a Saturday. We thought it was a sprinkler line, which he could not repair, but instead of blowing us off, he asked us to send him a picture and verified that it was not the sprinkler and he could fix it. I will definitely use him again. He was out within the hour, gave us a set price and fixed it promptly.
