The electrician arrived exactly on schedule; was courteous and professional; completed the work in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction. Not to mention that the price was very competitive too. (We always get several bids on a job) A very nice company to work with. We'd definitely use them again.

Scheduling went fine. We set a date and as promised the scheduler called 24 hours before to refine our service window down to a two-hour time frame. The electrician and his helper showed up on time, were courteous, asked the right questions (e.g. what do you plan on using the outlet for primarily), and provided a written estimate. Because their first call of the day was less complex than expected they were able to do the job right away. Once they were finished they showed me the way to use the now standard outlet cover for an exterior outlet. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Very good. Salesman provide a good choice of options and the tradesmen made it work (even though they ran into a couple of issues with the joists in the ceiling.

Their technician came out, diagnosed the problem, and installed a new unit. he also did a quick once-over of the rest of the house and ended up replacing a defective GFI socket.

Got an estimate that was 50% higher than other bids. Don't doubt that they know their stuff but I found them to be a bit pricey.

"Hello, First we want to thank you for the opportunity to provide you with a quote for the work. Without seeing the other written proposal it is hard for me to respond as to any differences or reasons for the difference in price. Many times we find that the quotes are not apples to apples. Also different approaches, different materials, licensed Journeyman electricians performing the work vs unlicensed techs, etc. All of which directly affect the end price and result. The only thing that I can speak for is what what we specified in our detailed written quote. The service techs that would be doing your work from our company are trained, top notch and are licensed. In addition to that the work would be permitted and inspected by the county. Again, we thank you and wish you the best with your project. It took 2 trips but after it was explained to me what products I needed to purchase the second portion was rescheduled and completed. I'd definitely hire TriStar Electirc for future electrical work.

I live in an old house and it's not easy to always determine the cause of the issue...Tristar sent an experienced electrician, Debbie, who sniffed out the culprit like a detective and fixed an issue or two along the way. Would definitly recommend to anyone who lives in an older home. Another company could have taken advantage and charged me double. Friendly, honest and arrived early :)

a little bumpy in the beginning. job was completed after some discussion with office and tech on site. all involved worked to make sure job was completed. i would call tristar again and definitely recommend.

Have been a client with Tri-Star for 7+ years, but recently have found they are understaffed, and take a long time responding to service calls. My generator was installed by Tri Star and I have a service contract with them. The power went out, and my generator did not start -- I called Tri-Star to find that they could not come out to fix it! They only have 1 technician for emergency servicing, and he was not available or reachable! Soooo frustrating, so do not recommend them for installation or servicing of generators.
