Absolutely excellent service and did a great job. Very friendly and informative. Did the job in a very timely manner. I highly recommend them for service and will be using them again.

It went well.  We had to reschedule due to weather.  The only negative I would say, and it has nothing to do with the quality of the cleaning, was that are carpets became so clean that the stains we had are now even more visible.  
The guys who showed up were really friendly and helpful.

Kevin and John were on time and very professional.  We have always had our living room and hallway carpet steamed cleaned annually.  This year our carpet had a few more stains and spots throughout the living room area then in previous years.  With Curtis Fiber Cleaning's hot water extraction rather than steam cleaning, not only were the spots and stains gone but the the carpet never looked better once the job was completed.  Highly recommend Curtis Fiber Cleaning and will use them again in the future. 

I have used Curtis Fiber Clean for over 20 years and they are AWESOME!!!  They do an amazing job and my carpets look like new when they are done.  Even stains and areas which I didn't think would come that clean  look great.  Kevin Nilan is one of  the nicest, most professional and courteous people I have worked with. He and Jon came on time, as they always do.  I showed him what I wanted done and the problem areas and they took care of it with wonderful results.  I highly recommend them and will always continue to use them.

Excellent service. The company techs arrived on time, walked through to a**** the home, were honest and clear about what would done and finished the job in record speed. The most impressive. Part of the entire experience was they did not try to charge me more for what they already advertised as the services they would provide. All around great folks.

Awesome! This is my second time using this company and I have nothing but positive comments. I appreciate a provider that knows what they are talking about and gives polite, professional, and timely service.  This most recent visit was a small job with only a portion of each room and not the entire carpet area. A few months ago I moved into a different residence, and  I had them clean the entire house and rugs, too. I really was amazed at the outcome. You won't be disappointed!

Thoroughly cleaned the area, removing spots of dog urine and stains, including a stain that neither he nor I thought would come out. Also treated the carpeting with a pet deterrent. I've used them many times and would highly recommend. Would never call anyone else for my carpets, area rugs or upholstered furniture.

This was my third time hiring Curtis Fiber Cleaning. I learned about them from the carpet manufacturer who had sent them to perform warranty work. (My new Dupont StainMaster carpet warranty promises that spills will come out. After red wine had spilled, and an Angie's List Big Deal service provider failed to remove the stain, Dupont sent Curtis Fiber Cleaning. They got the stain out, and it never came back. This was a couple of years ago. The area still looks like new.)
I hired Curtis Fiber again a year later, to do general carpet cleaning: family room, stairs, rec room, master bedroom. They did an outstanding job. It was expensive, though - so the following year, when another carpet cleaner offered an Angie's List Big Deal, I bought it. They brought shampoo equipment - it was one of those chemical quick-dry methods - and they proudly showed me all the dirt the white shampoo pads had picked up. They followed the shampoo with steam extraction, but it wasn't very effective, because a lot of soap was left behind. The carpet soon looked dirty again. 
Luckily, not much time passed before I spilled coffee. Curtis Fiber removed the coffee stain, and also cleaned a couple of areas that looked terrible after the last company did the shampoo. The technician, Kevin, told me he discovered a great deal of soap residue. He also explained why hot steam extraction is the only method that is truly effective in lifting dirt and stains from carpet. Word to the wise: avoid shampoo! And make sure your steam extractors do not mix soap into the water.
Curtis Fiber is not cheap. But they are very, very good; professional and courteous; quite knowledgeable about carpet.

We were totally satisfied with the work performed. They gave accurate estimates to begin with, performed the work in a punctual and professional manner, and were pleasant to work with.

I turned to Curtis Fiber and they cleaned up the mess and did a great job! They turned the carpet back to white and I would use them again as I was impressed with their results and the fact that they got the carpet back to its original texture. The company is a pleasure to work with and I would give them an A+. I'm using them again now and am always been pleased with their work.

They were very good. The price was reasonable; I certainly wouldn't call it expensive. I was very happy with their promptness and attention to detail. It looked great when they were finished. I didn't have any problems with them. I would absolutely use them again.
