Call for an estimate. John came by and gave me a written estimate. Scheduled a date with the office manager.. the crew came out that day and cleared out what I wanted..

I received an estimate via email the day Josh came to look at the tree. He was also very prompt in sending me a letter I needed for the homeowner's association, stating the elm was dead. Once I accepted the estimate and got permission from the homeowner's association, Josh and I scheduled a time to remove a tree, and he was actually able to remove the tree a day earlier. Bush Creek Tree Services did a remarkable job in cleaning up their site; I didn't see a single branch, piece of bark, or a leaf anywhere, not even near my driveway. There was no damage to my carport or any other structure. I got to meet Josh in person and was impressed at the way he praised his crew: and quot;It's the cleanup that does it.and quot; I would definitely use this service again.

They were professional and prompt during the estimate process. Although we are not using them for this project, we would consider using them in the future.

They were very good. They were excellent. I would definitely use them again. They came up, gave a fairly prompt estimate. First they came out with new trees, he was an arborist. They came out, showed up on time and did a good, quick job. They cleaned up after themselves.

They were wonderful. I cannot say enough about them. They took the trees out very professionally. They covered the bricks up, so they would not damage them. When they were done, you could not even tell that somebody was there to take the trees down. They are very reasonable, prompt, and they do not tend to rob you. I had a quote from another reputable tree service come out during the hurricane and they price gouged me. They quoted me a price of $1,200 to take down two trees, while this company did it for $289. I would hire them again in the future.

Our estimate was on July 1st and they were there on July 7th to do the work. The workers arrived on time and they were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was done to our satisfaction and they did a great job with the removal and clean-up. We will certainly be using them again.

Received a free estimate and told they would be in touch within 2 weeks to set up date. Due to ice storms in area, they called in 3 weeks. Totally understandable. Showed up on time to do work. Had me come and check what was done and if it was done according to the estimate. I asked for a small bush to be removed that was not part of the original estimate. They removed no extra charge. Awesome experience.

Very professional work. Trimmed trees grew nicely after the trimming and looked great.

They are really good. They are very professional and I would recommend them to anybody. They have an ardworst on their staff. Every crew has an ardworst with them which is, you don't find that with people just chopping down trees. They are extremely knowledgeable of the area. We are from the south central Pennsylvania area. They know what they are doing. They did a great job. They are very helpful. They are not at all pushy. We weren't sure how much we wanted to take down. We had some overgrown, trees over 100 feet tall. We had four trees that had disease. They were very careful in all of their work. We didn't have to worry about anything.

We are in Gettysburg, Please note that depending on where you live, you may have different tree service personnel for your area. (CVTS services multiple geographic areas.) So I can only speak to the crew that came out to Gettysburg. We just bought a home with many overgrown trees, arborvitae, and what looked like a couple of dying pine trees, one of which was rubbing on the side of our house. The evaluation and quote was very thorough and accurate. The service man described how various trees were competing with eachother, and causing the losers to begin to die off. He also noted to us that one of the ornamental cherry trees in our back yard was splitting down the middle, which we didn't notice. He said he could save it by supporting it with a wire between the two trunks, vs. cutting it down. He gave us options based on his professional opinion, with the pluses and minuses if we took one tree out or the other. They were at our home promptly at 7:30 AM and spent the whole day there until it was finished around 4 PM Very nice guys. Highly recommend. Side Note: I frequently saw their trucks in our neighborhood, so figured they must be trustworthy and worth the money. This is why I called them and wasn't disappointed.

The plan was completed in less than a week, at the price he quoted, and I love it. He listened to my concerns and desires and worked within the confines of my home's covenants. I would recommend him to anyone who wants a professional landscape plan.
