Richard was very persistent in his efforts to unclog my kitchen sink! It was a part6ifularly stubborn clog that would not clear with normal efforts. Richard went above and beyond to get my drain to clear. He spent two days working and only charged me his regular one day price. He is very professional and works hard to please the customer. He has lots of experience and uses it to solve any problems. A very nice professional to work with!!

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! HE DOES NO WORK EXCEPT TO RUN A SHORT SNAKE DOWN THE TOILET, GIVE A RECOMMENDATION AND THEN CHARGE $175.00 FOR 5 MINUTES OF WORK. HARD TO BELIEVE THAT HE CALLS HIMSELF A PLUMBER. THE PERSON IS NOT PHYSICALLY FIT TO DO ANY WORK AT ALL. I CALLED SOMEONE IN THE NEXT DAY AND FOR $70, THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM AND REPAIRED IT - (SEWER FUMES). AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY! YOU WILL WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!
