Richards Drain Cleaning Service

Mr. Richards came out on time at 630 in the morning to help us with a clogged drain. He was able to unclog the drain but went even further by digging out a small section of the septic lid to be sure water was following into the tank. He advised us to get a septic specialist out to look at the tank as the water was at the level of the pipe going into the house which is the sign if another problem. He was very informative and went the extra mile, a very nice gentleman.

My plumbing problem was worse than I thought, but he did everything necessary to make sure all the problems were taken care of.

I recieved a phone call within minutes of contacting the servicemajic site the owner was curtious and prompt in setting a date and time for service. The owner arrived on time at the scheduled date and time although he could not fix the problem the owner didn't expect or ask for any fees as he promised he could unclog the drain prior to leaving. I gave the owner money to cover a service call. I would highly recommend the company for future jobs.

Richards Drain Cleaning Service installed two sump pumps with battery backup. Richards did a great job and was very customer oriented. He will get my business in the future.

He was not able to resolve my drain clog problem although I paid him $150. ended up calling another plumber and paying him $220 but he unclogged the drain and it is now fixed. Richard's told me I had a broken underground pipe and the ground needed to be dug up to repair/replace. He was a very nice man but unable to remedy the situation,
