Mr Richards improperly installed a brand new toilet at my home. The tank began to leak not long after. I contacted him to schedule an appointment to check it and repair. He informed me that there would be a service fee to come back out. I didn't understand why but I needed the toilet repaired. The water was shut off and the toilet was unusable. 30 mins AFTER the scheduled appointment I called him. He did not believe he caused the problem and did not return. I hired another company to fix the problem. They confirmed that it was improperly installed and missing a washer. VERY POOR QUALITY and EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

On time, stayed and worked on the drain until it was cleared (took snaking it four times), and charged a fair price. The only problem, and it was slight, was the job made a mess of the bathroom. Hopefully, I don't have the problem again, but if I do, I would hire Richards. I certainly would not hire Roto Rooter. They came and snaked the drain once at twice the price, after negotiating down from a even more ridiculous price. The drain reclogged because of roots in less than two weeks and Roto Rooter wanted more than Richards to come out again.

Robert arrived early and worked tirelessly to find the problem. It turned out that the initial evaluation was wrong, so when I called him back he went out of his way to come back out and fix it.
