This was my second experience with Richards Drain Service. Robert removed a cracked toilet and replaced it with a new one. The old toilet had been in place for over 50 years and the mounting was completely fused with rust. He had to cut the bolts off with a saw to remove the old toilet. The new toilet is perfect and the job was done very well. When I need plumbing service in the future, I will be calling Mr. Richard.

Richard is a seasoned plumber. He is very affordable & knows everything about drains. My sink was clogged up very deep in my pipes and he was able to troubleshoot it and fix it after a few tries. Iâ d highly recommend Richard.

Inferior Equipment. Unable to clear 12 (feet) of 4 (inch) drain. After 1st-hour Contractor removed the toilet and began manual (snake) to clear the drain without success. The contractor employed 2 separate electric drain augers and neither was equipped with a mandrel/head to clear obstruction after approximately 3 additional hours of snake/auger efforts. Made an absolute mess of bathroom, floor & walls and did not clean up after. Homeowner dug up line just outside the home and located 4 inchCast pipes and removed 5 (feet) and successfully cleared the obstruction. Released Contractor after 4 hours to stop the meter as his efforts were ineffective and since I (Homeowner) exposed the blockage. Did not want to incur additional charges. Homeowner replaced new drain and installed cleanout. Overall Highly Disappointed Respectfully, Ray S.

Mr. Richards is AWESOME!! He is honest and experienced. He had to replace my disposal and tweak a few other things. No hidden fees. Tells you what's wrong and how to fix it and gives you a quote right then and there and got the job done the same day within a few hours actually. He answered everyone of my question and walked with me around the house and looked at everything I pointed out.very patience and knowledgeable..We will definitely use him again and is even to come do some work on my mom's house!!
