Mr. Richards answered and came promptly and was super polite and professional throughout. This is the second time I've used his services. The first time, he stuck to an initial fee he quoted me even though he ended up doing more labor than planned. He diagnosed the problem quickly - I have oak tree roots growning into my main sewer line - and took care of the problem. He was also very straightforward in telling me that this is a bigger problem than he can fix over the long term, and gave me some tips for taking care of it over the coming months. Oh, and his cost scale for this kind of work was far more cost effective than local plumbers!
