Richards Drain Cleaning Service

Richards was very responsive in the fact he called me a few minutes after I requested service via the website and he was at my house by 7:00 am the next day. However, he replaced both my main pump and back-up pump, and check valve when only the main pump and check valve on the back-up pump line needed replacing. He should've replaced the check valve before replacing the back-up pump so I ended up paying $200.00 more than what was originally quoted.

We had a drain problem before and called Roto Rooter. Their price was much higher for the same service.

Mr.Richards was AWSOME!!! Fast, professional and experienced! I hate trying to find someone to try and fix anything in my home b/c they always try and rip you off. A local family owned buisiness is the only way to go! Mr.Richards arrived on time. He was professional, he assessed the situation quickly and fixed it . He charged exactly what was quoted. I would use him again.

Mr Richards is a one-man operation and highly trustworthy in my opinion. He was not able to unclog my sewer line because it is broken and he does not do replacements. But he did give solid advise on my problem. My only complaint is that his cleanup in the bathroom was not quite up to my expectation.
