I called for this last minute plumbing service and within 1.5hrs Richard was there (early)! He diagnosed and illustrated the problem(s), explained what the remedies were and performed the job right then. His price was great (esp since I literally called an hour ago). Overall very happy with the svc and will use him again.

Richards did a poor job which had to be totally redone. He also charged a lot.

Mr.Richards called promptly after I put in the request. He was courteous and honest and did not pressure me with extra work. His $65 fee was reasonable. He does NOT charge for emergency visits!

Great communication. Kept me in the loop with his availability for a impromptu appointment and he even showed up early. He was very professional, knowledgable, and patient with me when he was explaining the issue. He was honest about the issue and told me it would be cheaper for me to buy the part and fix it myself. I really appreciated this since he could've charged me an arm and a leg for the repair since I didn't know any better. He only charged me for the service visit which I thought was fair for his time. Mr.Roberts is definitely someone I now trust and I felt well taken care of. I wouldn't hesitate to call him for any future issues because I feel confident that he is going to be fair and honest. In addition, the original price that he quoted me over the phone for what service we thought I initially needed was also pretty average and on the lower side compared to other service providers in my area that I shopped around for.

Could not fix my problem which was a clogged drain in basement stairwell. He was very personable and did not charge me for not fixing issue but gave advice. He was not equipped for my particular issue.

My sump pump stopped working and the water was rising. I called after hours and left a message. My call was returned within 5-10 minutes. I was asked if I needed immediate assistance or would first thing in the morning be ok. He showed up on time and I could tell he had been doing this type for a long time. I honestly don't know if the price was reasonable because I've never priced this type of work before. He didn't try to sell me anything additional. He showed me the old sump pump once it was taken out. As a single mom, I don't have anyone to check with on repairs before making decisions. I felt well taken care of.
