My sump pump burned out on me during a week of steady rain. Robert came out the next day, on time and with everything needed to do the job. I'm more than pleased with the service.

Richard was wonderful. I called for a stopped up sink and also had him check my sump pump. He arrived early and went right to work. He was very pleasant and was able to fix the problem within minutes. I highly recommend him and will use him again if I ever need a plumber.

Mr. Richards is rude and started the work on my rental property before I arrived to give consent. He charged me almost $500 and gave me a 60 day guarantee but when the drain backed up again after less than 10 days he made a bunch of excuses why he could not come out again. He said he would refund my money and then stopped taking my calls. I am taking him to court!

We hired Richards Drain Cleaning Service to unclog our kitchen sink. The price was more than reasonable. They also did not charge a trip fee like some plumbers charge. He is coming again Monday to do some other plumbing work.

My yard is one heck of a mess with so much rain and my downspout drains clogged after years of use and poor installation. Even in a difficult job, Mr. Richards worked to get me the best solution to mitigate the current problem and said he would come back when the weather subsided to add a stronger better resolution. He's a class act and incredibly dependable. I am confident my yard will be much better in a few months-- once it stops raining!!! You will not be disappointed with his honest and hard work.

I called on a holiday weekend and "Richards Drain Service" came by on Saturday to diagnose the problem and returned on Monday (the holiday) and did the job at a great price.

I was very happy with Richard, but I have texted, and called several times and was not able to get a receipt. I need it for tax purposes. Richard worked with the county and called back to make sure I was updated along the way. He stayed on the problem until the whole job was done. I would change my rating to a 4 if I could get a receipt. If I had gotten the receipt I would have given a enthusiastic 5.
