Richards Drain Cleaning Service

He called right after I placed my request for service which was late at night. He came out this morning and cleared the clog in my kitchen sink. I would give his name and number to friends and neighbors.

Called right away. Came out in hour. It was great.

Mr Richards was courteous, flexible with my schedule and most importantly for me he was punctual.

Great communication he called immediately after receiving the Home Advisor project request to talk about the project and provide a quote. He was able to fit us in the same day, and texted us with an updated arrival time to give us a better window of when he would arrive. He was prompt, efficient and very polite. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and found a clog 25 ft into the drain and was able to review it in under an hour. Definitely will use him again if the need arises and would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks!

The Technician contacted me because he was in the area a day earlier and wanted to know if I would be available, Arrived on time explained everything to me and provided me with some good tips to minimize my plumbing issues. Very pleasant gentleman.

Reasonable and fair

Mr. Richards was the first to respond to my request for service on Saturday afternoon - my sink was emitting putrid sewer gas that made most of my upper floor uninhabitable. Mr. Richards came early Sunday morning, ahead of schedule. He promptly diagnosed my issue, and quickly cleared away a blockage in my drain that was the likely cause. I was additionally impressed by Mr. Richards' professionalism, which is a rarity nowadays.

Mr. Richards evaluated the situation with my launch drain backup, and provided an estimate over the phone. He came in time as scheduled, and fixed it in a way exactly as he described over the phone. While the other big company's free estimate was a waist of everyone's time.

Robert was prompt, professional, and courteous. Took less than an hour to unclog my kitchen pipes and charged me $300 less than what Len or Rotor Rooter quoted me.

Mr. Richard worked very hard on my shower and he did a great job. He's not to expensive.
