Robert (the owner) called me immediately, went out promptly and resolved my drain blockage capably and quickly (after another plumber had already been there and had not been able to unblock the drain, but Robert Richards did it quickly, at a lower price!)

Mr. Richards was early and was a real life saver, as my issue was more to do with the county sewage. He offered to stay and verify info with the county. He was very helpful.
