They never returned my call.

Estimator arrived as scheduled. He gave me a verbal estimate but said they would follow up with one written in email. The email estimate was much higher. When I questioned the difference, the office asked what the estimator offered. I told him, but he responded it would have to be about $500 more. He attributed it to ‘miscommunication ‘. We did not use their service.

They did a great job - at a great price - doing repairs and painting for our deck. Roger and his team didn't just do the work, they also provided advice, made recommendations, and located areas where I might have overlooked a needed repair or touch-up. So they not only did great work, I found them to be very reliable and attentive. I'll definitely go back to DeckBoss for any future needs.

Fantastic! I called and got an appointment immediately for some one to come out and give and estimate. I agreed to the price and put down 1/3. The first workman showed up the next day to do the power washing between the times given. I had 1 day for the deck to dry and the next day 3 men arrived promptly to do the rest of the work which involved hammering down loose nails, sanding the places that needed it, painting the deck with two coats of special paint, and painting the rails and steps with a different type of paint. The owner stayed in touch by phone during the whole process and came by to make sure I was happy with the results.

They pressure washed, scraped everything, covered our bushes etc. and did a very nice job staining everything. They were professional and helped us select the right kind of stain for our deck. The price was on point and everything was delivered as promised. This was definitely a very solid experience!!!

Outstanding experience! They stained my beat up deck and my newly installed wooden fence. They showed up on time and the price was inline to a hair under the other companies we had out. The finished product was terrific. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!

If I could rate THE DECK Boss with 10 Stars instead  of 5 Stars, I would. They were prompt, efficient, competent, trustworthy and very personable and most of all, they did a wonderful job washing, replacing boards, and staining my deck and fence.   Mr. Salikhov was very professional and wrote up a proposal which was fair, reasonable and addressed all my concerns and any questions I had along the way including assessing the work, and Mr. Abasto arrived promptly every scheduled day sometimes with assistants, worked efficiently, was very nice, and did a wonderful job.  Again, the Deck looks great.  They also did a wonderful job putting up screening and added another lower board to the deck that I asked for to keep my VERY HEAD STRONG PUPPY from jumping off the deck.  (Mostly for my peace of mind).  Now I don't have to worry about accidentally leaving the deck door from the house open.  Everything looks fantastic and the whole experience was well worth the price.  It was even fun because I am so pleased.  (And I don't think I ever said that before!)  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The Deck Boss!

They did an awesome work restoring our deck. They were prompt, professional and our deck looks like one you would see on a magazine. It was expensive but fair. I asked 3 contractors to come and give me an estimate. One contractor wanted to rebuild entire deck because he said it's in really bad shape. He wanted $16k for it. Another wanted $9k for restoration. And Val's estimate was the cheapest. They used special super-duper sealant that fills in all small cracks and maintenance free for 8 years. I've dealt with many companies over the last 30 years, but these guys are among the best I've ever hired

I used Deck Boss for power washing and staining my deck. This company was recommended by my HVAC guy, who knew the owner. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The owner himself came for an estimate. We agreed on price and next day they started the work. On first day the power washed the deck. On second day they came and stained the deck. They did a good job. Everything went without any issues. I also recommended him to my brother in law, he was happy with them as well.

These guys were great. They did everything they promised to do quickly ad professionally. All were polite and respectful. Showed up on time. Cleaned up after themselves after completing the job. Can not think of any aspect of the job that they could have done better or more professionally, and we have old deck that look new! 

Everything is done on time and, most important to me, done right the first time. And all at a competitive price. I wish all my service providers were this professional.
